I recently moved from my old address to a new one just 2 km down the same road. Previously, I used a Nokia Router, but for the new installation, I received their new S90 Ultra router. From day one, the router repeatedly lost connectivity, causing dropped calls and disruptions during online meetings that required reconnecting multiple times each hour—sometimes as often as 2-6 times. Vodacom's response was a series of instructions and troubleshooting steps, but they failed to address the core issue. Who is responsible here? Who is the technician? After 8 years of reliable fiber service, I am now faced with this subpar support, which refuses to help without forcing me to do their initial work first. I have been a fiber user for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst support experience I have encountered.
I placed an order with these guys. Many well-known people are promoting their brand on their online platform. I’ve tried reaching out through all their contact channels but haven’t received a reply. It’s been 12 days and still no response! I’ve also noticed others experiencing the same issue, waiting since October 2025.
Vodacom Fibre support is non-existent. After 5 days, speaking to 9 agents, escalations, and more, nothing has been resolved! My services were prematurely disconnected, and I have no internet. No technician has been assigned to my case since 1 January 26. Only today, the 5th, was a technician finally assigned, with a promise to provide a status update by 10am. It is now 11:27. I've spent nearly 3 hours in total calls, but it feels like you don't exist; you're nothing, and I'll get to you when I get to you. In the meantime, I have to work,nd the SLA means jack!

Placed an order on the 6th January 2024. Still have not received my order. I have asked for a refund multiple times but get ignored and respond just with “we have good news” and with just another pathetic excuse and thank you me for my patience - but yet keep on ignoring my request for refund. This company is ********* and has 0% integrity.
I’ve placed an order last week Tuesday. I received the order confirmation and rep**** to the mail with an address clarification just to make sure after which a lady called Jane rep**** to my mail almost immediately. Great, right! However since then I have received zero updates on the status of my order, neither any reply on my emails asking for a status update. This leaves me hanging and wondering if I was ****med ? I am very dissatisfied with their lack of communication and the fact that they just seemed to be un bothered by my obvious frustration.
This company is not easy to deal with. The communication is poor and what you hope to get is not what you actually receive. I ordered an iPhone Watch strap, charcoal gray and received after a long waiting period a green Watch strap. I received the unit via their preferred courier services wrapped in a cheap little plastic bag which was placed in the courier delivery plastic envelope size plastic bag. Only after placing the order I found out that they still need to order from their overseas supplier which they never disclosed until I made an inquiry. I then went ahead and bought from Takealot and received my product the very next day, packaged in a proper quality little container box and the Watch strap/ band it self is visibly far superior compared to what I received from Reliable Store
I have ordered a Watch band for my Apple Watch on the 2nd of Dec’22. After ordering I realized that the spec of the Watch band is not what I initially hoped for and tried to get hold of of them using mail and direct call. I received one reply with only one of 2 questions answered and then left two messages for the sales agent, Primrose, to call me back as she is busy with another customer, but never call back.
