Deb line have this incredible human being by the name of Leticia Haas. She assisted me in getting a Prescription from hyners of company called DMC. I was going to be trapped in it over a debt that was already 7 years old. I would really like to extend my appreciation to her level of professionalism and justice ⚖️. Thank you
I would like the HAWKS, NCR, OMBUDSMAN and Government to intervine in the matter of these debt collectors. They make the lives of South Africans miserable and they have no right to be hyners. They are a bunch of lazy lawyers who prefer to suffocate an already limping gizzel. I suffered bcos of these monsters, I lost a tender contract for more than R1.5 million which was going to turn my life into prosperity. I am doing my best to arlet Government officials and newspapers about these ****ers.
I have been hijacked by the so called debt collectors. The vultures that buy books of debt from either financial institutions or retail organizations. I didn't know that my account already has something called a subscription. These vultures were holding on to claiming I owe "Them". I came across a debt line adverti*****t on social media. I asked for a call. A very professional (Mz) Leticia Hasas. A very professional and dedicated productive lady. She took time to provide me all the information that opened a window of liberty. As a person who don't know how the world of accounting and banking and legislations related to it works. All the information she gave me have assisted me in clearing my name and braking free from the prison of financial credit. Thanks sooo much
I believe I have been racially humiliated. I made a booking last year October and because my daughter was ill I couldn't go on a trip to Cape Town. In the event of cancelation I asked for a refund. This is where it interesting: 1. I was told to bring my bank statement and I was told the money would reflect within 5 days. (January 2022), no refund forms were filled. 2. After a week I called asking what is the delay? I was told no no no, the finence department didn't do the refund, the lady is doing as we speak so I need to wait another 5 days. 3. After 5 days I was told to come over this time I must bring the card I had used to pay, because as I gave them my ID copy, and bank statement now they wanna see the card. Initially I had forgotten I had replaced the card, meaning the card number have changed. I brought all my cards they told me because the card is not the same as last time, I can't get my money. I asked what was the bank statement for, ohh no the rules just changed in the corse of the event. 4. I left frustrated not knowing, because they told me to go to the bank and ask for a letter to prove that the money came from my account. I asked don't they remember me paying? They told me only the bank can help me. I went to the bank, the manager was confused asking what other proof superseed the bank statement, the money is there appearing going to Flight centre account. They also don't write letters. 5. Now I was getting angry I keep driving back and forth with rules changing from time of events. I got angry and told the lady I will come and I will not be nice. She told me they will throw me out of the mall. They have intense security. I ask why are they frustrating me? She told me they use rules and I have to comply. 6. I went to the bank NEDBANK I told the manager, the manager is White. The lady at Flight centre changed the attitude all of a sudden and all of a sudden she was willing to use the bank statement as proof. The lady is white and her name is Tevya Kain. She said I must come over. 7. When I came over, all of a sudden things changed, she now say I must go back to the bank the accounts manager won't accept the bank statement!! But she made me fill the refund form. Meaning all this time I have been waiting then running around for nothing there was no process pending. It was starting that day. 8. I left, the following morning she emailed me and told me they won't give me my money, I have emails to prove this for anyone who is interested. I then told her they are doing this because they are undermining me based on my race. Within 5 minutes I received an email saying they have paid. Done and dusted no questions asked. I think Flight Centre is the most horrible experience I have ever had post 1994. Reminded that I can have money but bcos I am black I'm still not good enough for respectful service. I have to prove that I am me. I didn't get any apology. All I got was here is proof of your money. Julius Malema where are you?
Best law firm that I have ever came across with. I had a legal matter and I filled my info on their enquiry box. A very humble professional lady by the name of Abigail contacted me. Ow my God, it felt like I was talking to a psychologist than an attorney. It sounded as if she was raised in an African household with a proper father and mother who tought her the basics of something we call humanity( Ubuntu). She was very articulate as she explained all the possible avenues that I can possibly follow to make my case sound and fissible. She also allowed me room to breathe and vent out my anger as I was still angry regarding my matter at hand. LAW FOR ALL, you have an asset called Abigail.
