Failed to follow protocol and law, other credit bureaus removed DMC5 and Nedbank from my profile and here I'm getting different stories from different people. Firstly account was sold, so when I say I didn't sign up or been notified account was sold how is that credible. Secondly both accounts should have been removed as no contact whatsoever has been made within three years, absolutely no help whatsoever even after me trying to be responsible.
Absolutely pathetic service, continuously harrassing for payment that was debited a month before. They don't want to contact their client and verify but ever so quick to list me in credit bureau, damaging my profile. Please catch a wake up.
Absolutely disgusting adsl speed. Even the technician couldnt do nothing. Waste of money and time. Actually filling data on my phone although we have wifi.
