Refund
Refund from the company for two weeks not given..money which deposited into their account by error and now the company is coming ups with excuses in refunding my money which is for my child's schools fees .no sense of urgency

Disgusted consumer.
I have contacted them so many times but no response then the agent called I requested a written of letter on my account that has been 3 years , the agent was Rude as soon as I told her I'm goner go to hello peter she called me again and advised me wrong fully I can't get the letter which is untrue. Agent laiken very un professional, the company buys our docs and interegates consumers , her attitude I'm goner get legal advice for this un professional company, they think we as consumers don't know the donts and does of our rights. It's like we stupid .I got all my docs dated I'm entitled for my written of letter.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Collier and Malan Attorneys. They have listed a default on my credit report for an account that is clearly prescribed in terms of the National Credit Act. This is not only ********* but also *******. I was never contacted properly or given notice of any pending listing. Instead, I discovered this shocking information while checking my credit profile. The debt in question is well over three years old, and no legal action was initiated within the prescribed period — which means it should not be enforced or listed. Their actions have negatively affected my credit score and financial standing, and I demand that they immediately remove the default and issue a formal apology. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Credit Ombud and National Credit Regulator for further investigation. This kind of reckless and ******** behavior should not be tolerated.

My mum went to Lenmed Hospital for a scope
My mum went to Lenmed Hospital for a scope. After a year I got an email from debt collectors to make payment for outstanding fees. Lenmed never sent any invoice.This lady that works for debt collectors Laiken Dawson emailed me to make payment. In my emails I told her that banking app I cannot pickup RMB bank. She never rep****.I was going to do payment over 3 months but decided to do the full payment. I went to my local bank.They were also confused about RMB bank and eventually told me it's FNB.I am appalled at the bad feedback and communication I received.

Harassed for payment but this company cannot send me a statement from Lenmed Hospital. We have 3 medical plans and Gap , all I need to know is what are they on about. They refused to provide details.
