I have been contacting them for a year now for my prescription letter, they ignore me plus automated response same thing over nd over ,agents useless management pathetic always.
I had wrote a request to hello peter for nimble they rep**** but I called in over 5 times the consultant says they will get back this is an on going thing they buying time for year end , they ignored my my request and failed to respond numerous attempts I have contacted them. They wattsup sent messages all the time how is this possible...I must now go contact the provider, they are ****mers ...
I have been calling them from 3 months agents don't know anything all they say is they are busy with other clients fir the written of letter. I'm waiting for my written if letter for 3 months they have been pushing me around even the wattsup group doesn't seem to help. I have an account it's long due for my written of letter these ppl are ignoring me no response at all I'm going to take this up further....I have been calling and calling they have no dignity as a business that bought over my information according to popi act I didnot give authority for this.... do they even know what's popi act......
I have contacted them so many times but no response then the agent called I requested a written of letter on my account that has been 3 years , the agent was Rude as soon as I told her I'm goner go to hello peter she called me again and advised me wrong fully I can't get the letter which is untrue. Agent laiken very un professional, the company buys our docs and interegates consumers , her attitude I'm goner get legal advice for this un professional company, they think we as consumers don't know the donts and does of our rights. It's like we stupid .I got all my docs dated I'm entitled for my written of letter.
I have contacted nedbank with my saps case number as my money from my acct has been stolen on an online betting game and they aware my bag ,wallet phone has been stolen i required a charge back which is valid for 40 days but the fraud department at nedbank a guy by the name of lucky baloyi is handleing the issue he does not call me or email i did email him no response evertime i call in the contact center the agents are rude and says i must wait for 45 days next year to get feedback so it means my charge back is not standing as its for 40 days mrL baloyiis busy with Christmas shopping nd will get back to me qt the end of the day its my money i have been robbed with a case number but nedbank is of no use i went in branch asked to spk to the manager she told the lady in front to handle the matter this was qt the Chatsworth branch kzn they have no sympathy it was my money worst bank ever to deal with i will be closing my acct with them they want me to wait so the period to refund will be exceeded it was 72000 of my money lucky baloyi enjoy ur shopping god is watching you. Nedbank staff are ever ready to be rude i wasted so much money on airtime noone ever called me
I have had a chat with an agent called pranali to change my plan i asked her the debit date she said 31st i was ok with it today on the 27th i received a message for the debit date which was not agreed on then i had a chat with an agent called shantell she was rude in terms of defending the other agent but not helping me with my question on the wrong debit date i think netflix gets good money from us as customers they need to get good educated agents to handle their business but not rude agents who cant even help with their mistake.
Hi I have been on the net looking to purchase the right property i contacted an agent by the name of sheila jevon i went through and liked the property i then had my friend negotiate the price she agreed then i have been calling her for the papers to sign not knowing she had me like a back up plan she kept on making me to call her but she was so un proffesional so rude i did call her head office and spoke to the managers daughter but no feed back yet i am still upset about the experience she made me feel so little by not being open about the property i will not deal with this agency again if one person can be un professional about her job i wonder about the experience of the company. Called in spoke to many consultants but all cuts the call no feedback they working from hm but its level one managers resting at home they cant monitor thats y consultants are doing their own thing comany has no protocol to assist clients im waiting from December last year for feed back they are pathetic comany.
