I recently added our dog to my insurance portfolio. I submitted a claim for her Vet consultation without realising that we are still in a waiting period. This may be odd but I have never been so pleased to be informed that I don't have cover.... Kay was professional, explained the details of my policy in simple terms and assured me that if the claim was out of the waiting period it would have been covered. I am pleased to say I still got something Out without getting anything Out, well done!
Recently purchased a second-hand vehicle from Honda Menlyn, and I have to commend our sales consultant Gerrit. He was professional, highly knowledgeable about the vehicle, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. What really impressed us was his next-level after-sales service—he followed up to ask how our first weekend trip with the car went and even helped us get a small rattle in the car sorted out at no cost. It’s rare to experience such genuine customer care these days. Well done, Gerrit, and kudos to Honda Menlyn—this man truly deserves applause! 👏
ever experienced from an insurance call center.Firstly trying to get an online qoute on a system that does not work was frustrating enough.Then being called by your agent Alfonso that asked me why I want insurance qoute while sighing....Then when I said that I would rather not want a qoute if it seems like it is effort he ends the call with "sho-whoa" I call this rude, unprofessional and plain diasspointing!
Could be quicker and link received for list of compatible phones is a 404 page.

This company does not honour their guarantees on installed Alaska 12000btu units.I. had one installed on 09 February 2024 since installation there was a rattle.I thought to give it some time to be in use.I had the installation team that was very helpful to come and check the unit for obvious reasons for the rattle and I was informed that it seems to bebthe fan..They then informed me to contact Chris from Chill out who sold the unit, just to be told that Alaska says they have never had issues with that model and the only way that this can happen if someone stuck their fingers in the unit, thus insinuating it was my fault.Please think twice before using this company.
These guys are not recommended at all. They installed two roll up garage doors and motors in Feb 2022 for me. The one garage door roller was installed scew, when asking about it I was informed that it is due to the tension on the door springs and will ease up. This issue became progressively worse. Contacted them 6 months after installation to fix this and now this week again. No response. This issue has cost me 6 batteries in this time due to additional strain and now I have to get someone to reinstall the door.
