The bathrooms don’t have water and all of them are closed but for some reason Sandton City is still open and it’s business as usual. How is this possible? I’ve gone around for the past 20 mins looking for a bathroom that’s open to use and none are available. This is wrong on so many levels and in so many ways. It’s a serious health hazard and I’m disappointed in the Sandton City Centre Management. Sandton should have water reserves because you must know it’s one of the busiest malls in South Africa. Why is there no one in management thinking of this? I’m more than disappointed
To be honest it’s my first time to be given such bad attitude at Checkers Sandton. I always shop there and have been impressed quite a number of times except today. There’s a cashier Lerato Nampo is what she said her name was, very bad attitude and no customer service at all. She refused to scan my items because she wanted me to put the barcode in her direction. As much as it makes sense but her attitude towards it. She’s not polite about it, she looks at me and gives me the if you don’t give me the items or show the barcode I won’t **** them. Actually leaves me and gets busy with her other stuff till her ****orker gives a smirk. That’s when I read what she’s trying to say. Lerato is rude and little attitude adjustment is needed just so Checkers doesn’t get bad reviews yet some people there do try to give good service
My monthly statements are always incorrect and to get help from the Seeff Sandton office is another mission. I’ve sent an email to Virginia which hasn’t been responded to and I don’t know how to proceed. It’s either you’re overcharged or undercharged and it becomes an issue in future with them correcting mistakes they did and it’s an inconvenience. Why is it that they can never and I mean never get the correct figure for your total amount to be paid? I feel like there are some funny activities happening with monthly figures, someone is deliberately putting wrong figures and keeping money for themselves. I was given Virginia as the contact person/manager should I have issues with my statements but she never replies emails and now I’m stuck not knowing exactly how much I must pay and why are the statements always missing figures or completely incorrect
I’m supposed to receive a parcel from Shein via FedEx. I have not received any link for my customs or any email from FedEx showing me exactly how much I need to pay for my customs. Instead I get a WhatsApp message from the supposed driver who sends me a picture of my receipt. How does FedEx not send me any information from at least their finance department or the department that handles customs matters but send the delivery driver to text me a picture of the “invoice” on WhatsApp? How do I confirm if this is correct? Is that not the reason why FedEx has so many ****s? Who handles this and what FedEx’s procedures when it comes to customs and receipts? Now the driver calls me to say I have your parcel and kindly confirm if you have made customs payment, of which I ask him why am I only hearing about customs from him and not directly from FedEx? No email, no link from FedEx whatsoever of which he replies FedEx is current overwhelmed and going through a lot internally that’s why even simple things like proper receipts are forgotten. WOW!! I’m truly shocked by this company and this is the reason why innocent people are getting ****med using the FedEx name because the company is not well organised. He says he drives around with a speed point if I haven’t made customs we will swipe when he gets to my place. FedEx honestly needs to pull up their socks and Shein need to stop using FedEx
