I went to service my car on the 18th September 2025. When I went to their new space at long street, I got in and I looked around, I couldn't see Miss Sarah....boy! you should have seen the worry on my face!!. Then when I saw her, I felt much at ease because that woman's customer service is what makes me drive all the way from Postmasburg to Kimberly for my services. She's patient, kind, compassionate and very professional!!...I always appreciate your exceptional warm care and welcome Miss Sarah!!!...keep on enjoying what you do. I must also commend the new fresh space especially that it has a kids section where they can keep themselves busy, I found that to be sooo cute and considerate because I always bring my little one with. Not forgetting the coffee station...your new space it's fresh guys...I will keep on coming back for more!!!!
On the 12th February 2025 my colleague and I took our colleague to Lenmed Kathu because we suspected that he's blood pressure was high, he was weak, he couldn't walk, he had short breath and couldn't see properly. The ladies at the reception acted with utmost urgency and very quick they referred us to casualty and that's where I didn't have the greatest experience. We found two unfriendly female nurses there who had no sense of urgency, they were slow in everything. They didn't even help with putting my colleague on the bed from the wheelchair, after we've put our colleague on the bed, he wanted he's boots off because he was feeling hot. While I was taking he's boots off one nurse commented and said that, " there's no need for us to take off his boots "with attitude. We then went outside to get our colleague's wife and son, on our way out of casualty I said to my colleague it seems like these nurses are angry because they were unkind and unwelcoming. When we came back with our colleague's family, the other nurse was talking to the other one who was leaning against the desk and taking her time writing the patient's information, her body language showed no interest in what she was doing while the other nurse kept on hinting to her that apparently they are angry. I told her I am the one who said that they are angry given their unkindness to the patient, no sense of urgency, it was like they were making us a favor. She was sooo interested in exchanging words with me and I kept on telling her that there's a patient at hand that needs urgent help and she's creating bad energy around the patient. It was my first time coming across such unprofessional, unkind towards patient, angry and rude nurses at the private hospital. Not even government hospitals treat people like that...I'm very disappointed at those two nurses behaviors.
I would like to applaud them on my car's accident claim approval. Their response was very quick. With consultants like Beyers keeping me updated about my claim apart from sending the claim tracking link . Thanks a lot...I'm impressed!
I was assisted by Patience who noticed I was over charged on my monthly premium and it was brought down to what it's supposed to be. Great service I must say
