Reliable Store did not deliver my order, now I cant get my money back.
Order #38278 I am still awaiting my R1,287.99 refund for the Kitchen Sink Basin Faucet 360° Rotation Spout Cold Water Single Handle Tap Bathroom I ordered on 16 February 2022 and they never delivered. They promised on 20 April 2022 they will refund me but I have not received the money in my bank account yet. I did supply you my bank detail also on 20 April 2022 as well. They keep on saying they will escalate my request but nothing happens. I now send them an email every day. I would advise people to stay away from this company / website.

Hi-Fi Corporation took my money but dont deliver a new unit
I bought a brand new washing machine online on 22 February 2022. When the machine was taken off the courier truck, water was running out of this brand new unit. Obviously I refused to let the unit into my house. Hifi Corp are now try to cheat me with a story of the unit was tested and that is why there is water in it. What a lie (bu44**** story). They think I am an idiot. It is obviously a previously returned unit they fixed and now trying to sell me as a brand new unit. I still do not have a washing machine and they have my money. Now I am forced to pay a luandromat to do my washing. My online complaint ref no is 9000235971
