On Saturday 8th. March, my 91 year old sister, had a report sent to City Power that her power supply was off.Ref; CP 3310019. She was told that it would take between one to twenty four hours to rectify. It is now thursday 13th. March and after many attempts nothing has been done, except that she received an SMS. from City Power saying the job had been completed and closed ???. The Ward Councilor for Ward 54 was contacted and assured us that the case would be attended to between 6 and 7 am this morning. Once again, nothing happened. Who can a 91-year-old lady believe? How do we get some help and action from City Power?
I found out during a storm that my roof was leaking. I found this company in the Smart-Ads leaflet and gave them a call. Within a day their representative phoned and arranged an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and the next day I received the Quotation by mail, which acknowledged and paid the deposit. Work was promised to commence within two weeks..This was duly done to my satisfaction by their very efficient team with all the damaged parts removed leaving behind nothing but a job well done at a very reasonable price and excellent service.
Having Problems trying to watch SABC 2 programs. The Screen will go white for 2 seconds then return to program a few lines before it went off. I have reported to Star Sat by phone, no less than 5 times The 1st answer was my decoder was faulty so I bought a new one and had very bad service from their recommended installer. I had a local installer fix this at my cost. Now since yesterday (after a week of good reception, it has started again. Not at all happy with StarSat Service.
