Daylight focking ******* of note!!!!! Paying for 40Mbps which doesn’t come cheap but my speed is at 5Mbps for weeks if not months. You should be banned advertising this farce!!!!!

I’ve had a fraudulent purchase of 8k on my account in September 2022! I had to submit affidavit etc that it wasn’t me etc & was told my acc is blocked and I should immediately discard of my card. Was informed by fraud dept. that I’ll get feedback in 30 days! Every month I would make contact but NO FEEDBACK, putrid service!!! My emails would be ignored. My original balance was probably R400 or less and I NEVER EVER skipped a payment! Jan 2023 I get email to say it’s now resolved and the fraudulent amount was written off. I ask what happened and was told they not at liberty to say! That already got me fuming because it messed up my credit score but they don’t give a ****! Feb 2023 I received my 1st statement starting I’m overdue and my account has accumulated all this interest for non payment on my small balance. How the hell is this possible when account was blocked in September 2022! How am I liable! I enquired immediately and to date no response!!!!!!!! Why do you even exist if you want to steal my hard earned money when I was just following instructions!!!! Your customer service is pathetic beyond words!!!
These people are all about the money/sale and don’t give a heck about the kind of service thereafter. I purchased a car and within 6 weeks, I had to have vehicle seen to twice for 2 different issues! How ridiculous is that! Absolutely NO assistance from anyone, even after almost being hit because brake lights stopped working all of a sudden! Emailing owner explaining situation, no response! 3 days later, answer from his partner ‘we suggest take it to Nissan agency’…::::Clearly the client is of no importance, it’s about the money
I would like to share my terrible experience with you about what I thought was a name brand but I was sadly mistaken! In October 2020 I purchased a Q sized restonic dream gold bed. This was the 1st bed I bought in 10 years. A few months down the line I woke up every morning with backaches. I didn’t yet put 2 and 2 together. Then September 2021 I could literally hear springs of bed whenever I turned. I finally couldn’t anymore and I contacted house & home where I purchased via online in December 2021 knowing that I have a 1 yr guarantee and many years of warranty. I was sent a number of restonic agent. I told him about my experience and a message was returned saying they reopen 14 Jan. I never slept on the bed at all anymore. Jan 2022 I send a message again with videos and pics of bed and the agent Ruwaal asks if there’s a stain on the bed and I say yes. He says then I forfeit the warranty. How the heck can a stain impact the poor manufacturing. I am 1 person on the bed but it sags etc. house and home advises clean mattress and they’ll submit again to restonic. That was done, not a stain in site but still complaint rejected. Restonic, you are a disgrace and lack empathy for those of us suffering because of the poor quality of your beds. All these reviews are very similar so we all can’t be the problem! I still to this day can’t sleep on the bed because for sure I have backache the entire next day!!
