We opted for Able Removers to ‘move us’ from Jhb to Hout Bay. They were a little cheaper than another two well known removal companies and were so much more cooperative. They were at our home to collect on time and they delivered to us in Hout Bay even before expected. They also delivered to storage 20 kms away at such a small charge. Selwyn, thank you for assisting us. Nothing was scratched or broken 👏👏 You were introduced by a friend and I consider you a friend now too. Your staff, whether they be office, driver or team were so friendly and efficient. You made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, thank you. I would recommend ABLE REMOVERS to anyone who want good service at a good price with no breakages 👏👏👏
The amount of time we have to wait in the prescription queue - we should boycott them 😡
I arranged that my new credit card would be delivered to my home. CCD COURIERS called me to arrange date and time (between 8:00 and 10:00) - I changed a Doctors appointment to outside the delivery time then a call from CCD to say they can only deliver between 10:00 and 12:00 and my Drs appointment is 11:00 - oh I’ll call the driver…… no call back and 10am has come and gone without further communications. No one cares anymore 😡
I sent an email to unittrusts@oldmutual.com to request advice pertaining to a unit trust account and 5 days later no response. Is Old Mutual struggling operationally or financially or do they merely employ staff who have no inclination of what it is to provide a good service.
Dischem does not care about customer service (Farramere Benoni). I am fed up with having to wait for a single item from the dispensary. I took over from my wife in the queue while she went off to Woolies to do shopping. She returned with her goods and my solitary prescription item was still not available. Dischem employ a whole bunch of assistant who are not able to authorize a transaction which must be authorized by a qualified Pharmacist of which 2 were on duty. My shop at Dischem took upward of 35 mins which is pathetic customer service. They are still tottering from loss of customers following their employment policies and now it’s employing unqualified staff at the expense of their customers. Upon complaining to both the Pharmacy Assistant and the qualified Pharmacist there was no comment, merely blank stares. I spoke to the Store Front Manager who was more than sympathetic but it was not his area of management. It’s time to go back to the small pharmacy who cares. With the number system, so matter if it’s cell phone banking or investments (personal experience at Nedbank & Standard respectively) customers are left for 45mins to over an hour while a handful of consultants attend to the many customers. Nedbank proudly reflect on a big electronic board the ‘waiting time … 45 mins’ Management are never available to approach, but when we started complaining collectively suddenly 4 consultants appeared to speed up service. DON’T go to the bank on Friday at lunch or after, lunches tend to stretch well into the afternoon.
