I've enjoyed my experience with MSC Education since the beginning of my studying this year. Online education is a bit of an adjustment but i'm grateful to be able to work and study at the same time. Thank you MSC for the great experience and service and care you've provided me so far.
Treated with such disgrace by the security guard at Vincent Park Shopping Centre in East London. I had booked a nice family dinner for 6:30pm this evening and arrived on time. When we approached the entrance of the mall, the Excellerate Security Guard harshly asked us where me and my family were going and told us that we could not enter the mall as it is closed. Bearing in mind, Ocean Basket's entrance is just to the right of Entrance 2 at Vincent Park Shopping Centre and they close at 8:00pm. We had to argue with this rude security guard from Excellerate and when I asked for his name, he told me to please report him to Head Office. After being denied access and having to explain ourselves and then argue to be allowed entry into Ocean Basket for our meal, he had the audacity to follow after the Ocean Basket manager to give her an account of what transpired which could be heard quite well within earshot of the restaurant's side entrance. The disgusting behaviour of this security guard is absolutely appalling. Use Excellerate if you would like to lose customers and have them treated like criminals for just wanting to go out for supper at a restaurant located in the mall. Security guards are supposed to protect and serve those who support the very businesses they are tasked to secure, but yet me and my family were treated so poorly and like criminals for wanting to just enjoy a family meal together. This incident upset our entire evening and is indicative of how someone's approach can severely compromise the very service that we all so dearly respected. It appears that Excellerate does not answer any of their reviews on Hello Peter, so this goes to show their lack of care and concern for the public in general. Think twice before contracting Excellerate Security.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at the Beacon Bay branch of Mr Price in East London. After waiting for such a long time in the queue (and only three tills were open during peak time this afternoon), the cashiers were taking their time in serving customers. By the time I got to a cashier, she was so unfriendly and did not even greet. She even banged my shoes on the counter. She made mention of some special, but I couldn't hear her because she mumbled under her mask, so I could not answer. She then asked if I wanted a packet and I said "Yes, please". Thereafter, she continued to give me such a terrible attitude and vibe, so when I asked her what the matter was, she said that she thought I've got a problem with hearing. The way that this came across was very rude and very demeaning to treat a customer in such a way. Two of the changeroom locks were also broken in the store and the person manning the changerooms was so rude about shunting people where to go to get changed. Why is it that these locks cannot simply be fixed? It's terrible to think that customers are treated so poorly at this store and this has been going on for quite some time now. It appears that management and staff at this store are just simply oblivious to showing any concern for customer care or customer regard. There's no one even to help you when you are looking for certain sizes of clothing items.
