My car was overheating and all the water ran out. I phoned OUTsurance....within 30 minutes I was home ...with my car. They send a tow truck to bring me home. Thank you OUTsurance

Cancelled service and BROKEN router
I cancelled my service in March 2025....Vox said it was April. My contract ended years before. Vox kept on sending me invoices....with different amounts due. I started to communicate with Vox via email. After 10 e-mail's, I still had no answer. Then they started with the router😢. After many e-mail's again that I explained to them that the router was BROKEN, the problem is still not resolved. In 2024 the fibre stopped working. My son, my daughter in law and I phoned from 3 different numbers to report the matter. Eventually one of the technical support team told us that everything is working up to the router and that the router is broken. After about 3 or 4 days a member of the Vox team phoned me to tell me they will deliver a new router to the home. That NEVER happened. We waited for the router that never came!! After a week I decided to buy a router for us to be able to use the internet. I told Vox in an e-mail that they could, by all means take that router . I also told them that I am prepared to pay off the installment for March and April, although we had NO internet and I cancelled the service. I am a 70 year old pensioner, with limited funds....but I paid money into the Vox bank account on 5 November 2025. Today I received a message from Vox to tell me they handed me over. I was in contact with Vox all the time. Think before you use Vox....seems they don't care about their customers 😢

Cancelled service!!!!
Vox Fibre is the worst😢.....I cancelled their service in March 2025....still they sent me account after account. I wrote about 10 e-mail's to them, begging to PLEASE cancel the service. They cut the fibre off...but still sent accounts

Afro-Thai Imports 👎👎👎
I bought a pair of sandals at Afro-Thai Imports..... Aeroslops....after I wore them 3 times, the leather already chipped off on one shoe. The sandals were delivered and paid for on 7 October 2024....price were R 698....Payflex made the delivery. I contacted Afro-Thai Imports today by calling them....the lady that answered said that I need to get in touch with them on What's Up....cell number 0661809275....I send the What's Up and photo's of the sandals....they go online but never read my message.... please beware before buying from Afro-Thai Imports.

NO WATER
I live in Selcourt Springs....since Monday, 30 September 2024 we have NO WATER and we had NO warning for us to prepare. I phoned Ekurhuleni numerous times to put in the complaint...they give you a reference number, but sadly that is all you get...still NO WATER!!!! Going to the ward councillor helps absolutely nothing, as he has now switched off his phone. We get NO feedback on what is going on. PLEASE HELP!

Bad service at SPRINGS PARKLANDS HOSPITAL
I took my very sick son to the emergency room of the Springs Parklands Hospital.tonight at 18:00. My son has heart failure and also a very bad flu...he couldn't breathe and every time he coughes , he nearly passes out...at 20:45 we left the hospital, without seeing a doctor....the reason: my son could not sit on the chair anymore. What bad service

👎 For Ekurhuleni 😢
Our power went off in Selection Park in Springs on 28 March 2023….the power was restored on Thursday 30 March 2023. Something went wrong with the power of my house and our power did not come on. I reported the matter at 8:45 Thursday evening. During Friday 31 March 2023 I called Ekurhuleni 12 times …..I begged them to please help me….I asked them to make this an urgent matter….I am desperate…..up until today….1 April 2023 my power is not restored yet. I am a pensioner and bought my monthly food on Tuesday….I had to throw away everything …..please Ekurhuleni…..respond to problems…..I even reported the matter to the DA councilor for Selection Park Springs, but he also seemed to not care at all 😢

Thank you Eskom and Ekurhuleni
I need to thank Eskom….our power went of Sunday afternoon at about 15h20…..in Selcourt Springs. Eskom workers together with the workers of Ekurhuleni worked non stop to restore our power. Power came on Monday evening at 21h. Thank you Eskom and Ekurhuleni 👍
