I find it despicable that these ********s want to continue the spate of thievery by Telkom! They send me a demanding SMS today telling me I have an overdue Telkom account.... I haven't had Telkom anything for well over 10 years and I cancelled everything with Telkom personally and multiple times because Telkom tried to be sneaky and keep billing me a line rental every month when I had cancelled EVERYTHING and they knew I could not and did not use the line they were trying to *****ulently charge me for. So 10+ years pass and now you want to demand money from me I do not owe, with interest and fees added I have no doubt, wasting my work time, taking my focus from where it should be, for what? YOUR and Telkom's *****s!!!! Disgusting that you perpetuate crime like this! You should be ashamed of yourselves. You best correct your *****ulent Telkom records or I will have to start billing you and Telkom for my time app**** to sorting out your *****!!!!
I did a section 14 transfer of my retirement annuities with Momentum over 2 years ago. There were a few tax directives app**** for as no tax is deducted when transferring. Investo at Momentum app**** for an additional tax directive, which they then allegedly cancelled and did not use. Since then, I have not been able to complete my tax return with SARS as they say the directive in question is still outstanding. Investo has stated on emails that they cancelled the directive. When my consultant at Ninety One, as well as myself, requested proof of the directive being cancelled, so I can take this to SARS and object to the ton of administrative penalties they have now imposed thanks to not being able to complete my tax return, they ignore us both. They then state again the directive was not used, but SARS is requiring me to provide this proof and Investo is doing nothing to give it to me. SARS has now imposed another admin penalty at end of February as Investo is wasting all of our time, not giving us the required proof that SARS needs!!!!! They are in contravention of SARS requirements and have impacted me in that I cannot submit my return from year before last still, thanks to their bungling! I ask repeatedly for the proof the directive was cancelled and they speak nonsense back , merely stating they did not use the directive, which we know already! SARS requires this proof!!!!! Give it to me immediately please! I have asked enough times and you are pathetically dragging your heels, making SARS impose penalties on me due to your incompetence!!!! Get it right now!
Please put black stars so this company can go into the negative as thats all they deserve! Pathetic from start to finish. Got addresses wrong multiple times, the driver was in the exact same road then called and refused to drive down the road to deliver it to the correct address. Have had to phone them three times to correct the address, they promised t deliver yesterday after fixing it and nothing, had to phone again, they took 13 minutes just to answer the phone and still lied that the parcel had only arrived in Jhb when it had arrived the previous week and was confirmed already! NOw they still don't have it right even though they promised 100% to deliver today! Phoned again, they took 25 minutes and hadn't answered yet! phoned again and they took another 6 minutes and NO answer. Had to phone a different division (Mounties) to get them to tell DSV Distribution to check and they said they will get Distribution to contact us back... nothing yet! This is the most incompetent company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Sipment number AMTIS00008126 if anyone at DSV ever gave a damn to follow up and deliver on time considering this delivery is needed TODAY latest as it is to be used tomorrow. It is now over a week late and they are absolutely beyond useless at the most basic customer service! WHo even takes 25 minutes with customers on hold and doesn't answer their phones???? They should be billed for my time and phone bill for their incompetency!!!
I called in today and dealt with Wayne. He was very pleasant and efficient and sent me the information requested to my email in a VERY short space of time, much quicker than expected.<br> <br> Thanks Wayne for Excellent Service
