Dit moet eintlik 0 sterre wees maar die opsie bestaan nie. Ek wag al vir 2 weke vir die mense om trug te kom na my toe oor n probleem wat ek het met my rekening en dit is nie die eerste keer nie. Daar word ge vra dat ju informasie stuur wat jy reeds in die vorige epos ge stuur het en dan ignoreer hulle ook jou. Bly weg van die maatskapy af of hou hulle net baie mooi dop.
Ek was baie gelukkig met die spoedige en vriendelikke diens wat Charlize Minnaar vir my ge gee het. Baie helpfol ge wees en my ge los sonder enige betwyfeling. Baie dankie C Ps. Jammer vir my spelling.
I tried to purchase a game on sale on 31/05/2022. The sale ends on the 31st so this is my chance to get the game. unfortunately at the checkout i got charged twice and as a bonus I didn't even get the game. I contacted the support team who told me to wat for 48Hours and see if that works. I am verry disappointed that they couldn't give me any actual help with my problem, having paid for a game that i still do not have.
one star only because i cannot give zero. I cannot access my account or contract online. I can not call MTN on any of their "help" lines. i want to cancel my contract with them and give the device back but I don't think i can. Moving to MTN was the worst choice i have ever made in my life. please do not use them at any cost. the only time you are helped is if you threaten them for weeks on end and even then it is pathetic.
I have an issue with my sim card/number. When i dial certin number that are both on and not on my phone the automated message says that i donot have are time. But straight after that i phone a different number then it dails that number. No one at MTN knows what is doing on. Customer care is just usless. I HAVE OVER ENOUGH MONEY ON MY PHONE. At this point I want to port my number out of MTN.
