Alice with a rotten attitude
Hi I had a very bad experience at Ackermann north park. A grown women in her early 50's who did not have a name tag and refused to give me her name when I asked her her name. She referred me to the receipt instead. When I told her attitude was not good and if I were to give her the same attitude it won't be nice she said go ahead however I told her I am not like her. When I asked where is the manager I was told the manager is not around she went out. So what transpired was that I had seen a pair of tracksuit I liked for my 4 year old son however he is tall and slim so I wanted to fit him. I asked one lady who said it's okay I can fit him. His father took him to the fitting room and when they came back the price tag was ********** so I told him (the dad)we can ask them to staple it as we were not going to take that particular size(3-4) since it was small. The problem started when this Alice woman overheard us however she asked her colleague with an attitude what do they want us to staple then continued to say she wished she could have a cold savannah then went to the till. I took size 4-5 as the hanger indicated ,when I got to the till I realized the hanger was not the same size as the actual item and I stopped this particular cashier(alice) from scanning it. Again with an Attitude she said but why are you buying the same size you have fitted and ripped the price tag off. I did not buy the same size that was fitted and I in particular not ******* the price tag. I am so disappointed at the attitude of such a grown woman.she must set example to the junior staff how to always serve with kindness as I believe she has been working in retail for years instead she is vile which makes one wonder if she is even worth rehabilitating. Does she even respect her manager or bullies her manager? Because why treat people like this unless if the manager is also condoning it. I pray to God to never set my foot to that store ever again and to never set foot were that lady works.

Doom is doomed
I grew up my family using doom. It has been a trusted house hold product in our family we just couldn't afford it and opted for raid for couple of years now. Today we bought 1 tell why Flies don't die instead more keep coming in the house . We had to go outside the house because we couldn't stand the fumes. The flies don't due they keep making a buzzy irritating noise. I have been seeing people on the socials complain but I didn't take it serious. Today is our last day wasting our money on doom super multi insect killer. Instead of killing insects your products will kill us.

Please don't **** people. Those 2debit orders I did not authorize on separate dates especially the 12th of every month. Please sort this out. I'm not able to take calls any form of communication will be done via email. I want this sorted asap

Overall service is poor
I have watched the quality of your clothes getting poor and poor. When one buys clothes there ,they need to do a thorough inspection because wow when we get home either the stitching if off or they miss some of the sticking.the quality of material really has went to zero.matetial too light and too see through.what an embarrassment for me .I bought one of your trousers sadly I did not asked for the digital receipt. I wore the trouser once the very same day it was town on bilateral sides.i was held up and could not return it in time.i was told it has to be returned within 30 days.today I went to look around items I might like. I got there and I saw saw dress I liked on marked down.the dress had a price tag.when I got to the till there price tag was not there. They asked me to get another dress of the same model but when I got there I only got a different colour.when they punctured on system the dress was R30 more than what I initially saw. When they tried to argue it.they said different sizes has different marked down fortunately for me when they brought the same dress same colour same size but different price I was then told of the codes.i asked them so when we buy we also need to look at the side price and bar codes. Mr price do you with your items we first have to look if it's not damaged. If there is no production faults.then on top of that we have to look for bar codes. Haikhona ni wrong. You know at one point I bought a jacked. The price tag had a different size to the one on the label... Aowa le makula a kaone
