I'm fed up of this company now...it's been only three months and every month I'm being billed double...I've been emailing them all this time for my refunds ..but this month was the longest I've been waiting for my refund. This is getting out of hand. I want my money back asap!!!! My phone has even been ****** on Christmas Eve and I'm struggling to get hold of the network provider.
It's the second month,and again I was double charge. Last month these people debited twice their money. And this month again and I mean I only have this phone for 2mnths this month but this bull**** is not ending. Is this now going to occur for the rest of the 24 months?? **** THIS!! I need this company to contact me to sort this **** out or I'm exposing them all over socials coz they making *** business and they're ****ing ****s.
I had the device for only a week and they deducted double the amount from my bank account. Emailed them and no one is responding to my query. smells like blue label ******* to me. I want my money refunded or I'm taking drastic measures.
People please stay far away from Best Home & electric Somerset West. This shop is the worst with customer satisfaction... Since I engaged with them it's been tough. Now I am finally done with my payments of which they didn't even notify me,I happen to pass by out of curiosity & found out I'm over paid with R178.38. Now it's an up and down circus just to give back the owing. MXM😡I mean ***. Just give my money like you took my installments every month.
This store has made my life a living stresshole..i would not advice my worst enemy to go and purchase from them. - worst customer service - worst management service - wrong items - bad delivery service - bad clerical service - bad telephonic service - unproffesional - unarranged Sorry to say but its even pointless to involve head office - dead end. I regret doing business with them.
They took on an case of my partner who was seriously assaulted by the police infront of his house in 2012 and left him with a permanent damaged arm injury..Ten years later...still no response, no updates, no communication, no pay out, no NOTHING. Bad service delivery, fully incompetent and abandoning a client. Sies!
