Rip off
@Vodacom @Vodacom111 @Vodacom how is vodacom justify R1600 for 1gig of out of bundle data when I can buy a gig for R159. That's why I just called canceled my contract. Rip off not justifiable and 111 say pay and dispute later, worst service in the country.

Poor service ,no stock long wait for food
<p>It took 15 min for the manage to come tell me they out of ribs after placing my order ,no real apologies. Then I get my meal and 10 min after I'm finished in still waiting for someone to come take my empty plate ,1hr 22 min and no care in the world. Not like the restaurant is full there only 4 tables full at 20;20 at night</p>

Dicovery Decline never approve
Once again Discovery has based a decision to decline a request based on age not on facts for a child that has special needs and requires treatment.<br> Having applied for extended benefits for the second time as the initial approval was for a 2 year period, I received a rejection, the rejection reason was that she is over the age of two, at no time did anyone call me to discuss the reasons why they have declined the renewal of the extended benefits or find out why we still require treatment. To cut a long story short my child is 2years 54 Months old, she has a trace and is peg feed along with other conditions , the reason for the extended benefit request is that she is not yet walking , and does not take any food via mouth and cannot talk . I find it unacceptable that a child who required therapy be it physiotherapy, occupational therapy or any other therapy required to give her the best chance of a normal life is declined due to the main reason being her age. I am then told to use my savings and once depleted re apply, my savings is for all the other medical cover discovery have rejected over the last 2 years.<br> This is not the first time we have had unsatisfactory service .

Discovery NO help fo special needs child
Discovery are willing to spend millions on sponsorship but will not assist in contributing to nursing for a special needs child . We paying for all nursing out of our pockets keeping our child out of hospital saving discovery money yet they don't Care.In risk of loosing our house and car but willing to do so to keep our child healthy.
