Dross Needs to be Removed From Canal Walk
Never will I ever go to this place ever again. First of all the waiter sits us down at a table that was dirty with a dirty campaign glass still on the table. Second, My husband and I order coffee, my husbands coffee is cold and weak my coffee has sour cream in it. The waiter does not apologize he just asks if he can bring me another coffee. Then our food came. A platter for 2 is a platter for 1. That food was so cold, the tarter sauce was mayo 1 piece of fish so dry no flavor the calamari was not done the rice OMW hard rice and then we had to pay for this awful food. Sies never will I set a foot in this place again. I think Canal Walk must remove this place.

Poor service ,no stock long wait for food
<p>It took 15 min for the manage to come tell me they out of ribs after placing my order ,no real apologies. Then I get my meal and 10 min after I'm finished in still waiting for someone to come take my empty plate ,1hr 22 min and no care in the world. Not like the restaurant is full there only 4 tables full at 20;20 at night</p>

Poor service ,no stock long wait for food
<p>It took 15 min for the manage to come tell me they out of ribs after placing my order ,no real apologies. Then I get my meal and 10 min after I'm finished in still waiting for someone to come take my empty plate ,1hr 22 min and no care in the world. Not like the restaurant is full there only 4 tables full at 20;20 at night</p>

Terrible food, bad service
After deciding to go to Dross instead of Spur or Ocean Basket, we were highly disappointed. The waiter didnt want to assist with carrying the baby pram up the stairs.Then we ordered food,it took about 45min to be brought out.We received cold food.Asked for no onion rings and got more onion rings than chips.The espetada was cold with the garlic butter being margarine.A seafood platter for 2 wasn't even enough food for 1.Had to ask for the sauses,again-lemon margarine. Disgusting. The eisbine had more fat than meat and the ribs we ordered was so tuff we didn't even eat it. After complaining by the manager she brought more calamari for the seafood platter and said sorry, thats it.The best thing we had was the drinks, and that wouldve been better somewhere else. The account came to R739.60 and we were so disgusted. 1st and last time we went to Dross....
