The service is great. Been ordering jewelery from them for many years. The quality is great and when cleaned regularly keeps it shine. Nikita is very friendly. Always willing to assist.
Please be informed that this company is the worst to take out a car tracking contract from. For weeks my vehicles tracker was not working. I emailed numerous times just to be told I need to do a maintenance check every single month. They had to come and physically "reset" the device. That was the first issue. Secondly I bought a new car and wanted the old tracker moved to the new car. So I'm told it's R870 to "move" the device. I made arrangements to pay it off in two instalments as I didn't have the money at that time. The first debit went off on the 30th of September of R445. There a debit order went off on the 1st of October of R164 with my normal instalment (which was R149 as per my contract!!!) These amounts were not what I agreed on. Yesterday, the 14th of October, my account was debited with the amount of R149. This was an unauthorized debit order. I contacted the client service center accounts department and had no answer. I then called again and chose the option for "new customer" and call was answered immediately. I was told that since my account is in arrears they can debit my account whenever they want. I asked the woman what about the arrangements and she just said they can debit when they want. She couldn't give me any further information since it is weekend and debit orders don't show over weekends. My tracking app was also suspended because I am in arrears. Although I was told that if I make an arrangement for 2 months it will not be suspended. This company is the worst to do business with.
For +/- 3 to 4 weeks now I have been receiving a call EVERY SINGLE MORNING between 7 and 8 from someone at Foschini looking for a Mr Bongani. I have asked them nicely in a polite manner to stop calling me a d told them that this number has never, in the last 17years belonged to a Mr Bongani. I am now at a point where I cannot take it anymore. Its getting out of hand now. What to do???
If I could give no star I would. I took out a motor warranty at the end of may. I received a better offer from my bank and then cancell the warranty with motorhappy. I sent an email and called. The call lasted 24 minutes and I was transferred to 4 different people. Every time having to verify my details and hold on..... Eventually I was said that the policy is cancelled and that no deduction will be made at the end of June. On 30 June they deducted the amount for the policy. I called them once again just to be told the policy is not cancelled. After an argument with the operator he said he will escalate it to the cancellation department. I suppose I will have to keep on calling daily to make sure I get my money back and the policy gets cancelled.
From the time I first contacted them up until I received my vehicle I received very professional service. They more than kept their promise and delivered my vehicle a day earlier. I also received a very clean and disinfected vehicle. The work done on my vehicle is superb. I want to thank Besson's for the awesome experience.
After deciding to go to Dross instead of Spur or Ocean Basket, we were highly disappointed. The waiter didnt want to assist with carrying the baby pram up the stairs. Then we ordered food,it took about 45min to be brought out.We received cold food.Asked for no onion rings and got more onion rings than chips. The espetada was cold with the garlic butter being margarine.A seafood platter for 2 wasn't even enough food for 1.Had to ask for the sauses,again-lemon margarine. Disgusting. The eisbine had more fat than meat and the ribs we ordered was so tuff we didn't even eat it. After complaining by the manager she brought more calamari for the seafood platter and said sorry, thats it.The best thing we had was the drinks, and that wouldve been better somewhere else. The account came to R739.60 and we were so disgusted. 1st and last time we went to Dross....
After my report on hellopeter I was contacted by cellc. The woman who called understood what my problem was and why I was upset. She assisted me and the problem was dealt with swiftly. What most surprised me was that she contacted me back a couple of days later just to inform me that everything was done as she said it would. Thank you very much for your quick responce.
Cell c is known for the (pleasant) fact that they always remind you that your contract is coming to an end or can be upgraded via a call or sms.My data contract came to an end I forgot that it has ended.I didn't even receive an sms to indicate the contract is ending.I just got a vey bad surprise when the debit order went off and was almost tripple of what it usually is.I contacted celc on the 26th & 28th of feb, I went in to a store on the 28th of feb, called again on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th of March. All just to cancel the contract and up to now I still dont know if it is cancelled. Everytime I call, after explaining the issue, I am told to hold on or I will be transferred. Then the line goes dead. when asked today to speak to a supervisor, I was told they are all in meetings but someone will call me back. I gave my cellphone number and up until now haven't received a call To confirm the cancellation. When I asked today if the contract can be cancelled with immediate effect I was told I need to give 30 days notice, but ive been trying since last week to cancel. it seems like cellc can easily sign up contracts, but doesnt want to cancell it.Is this in line with the Consumer Act?
