Super fast service
Wow I received the fastest service ever from Charm SA! Ordered yesterday just after midday and received a confirmation e-mail from the couriers last night that they received my parcel! It was delivered this morning and I am equally impressed with the quality of the items. My only problem was deciding which charms to give as a special gift, they have a lovely selection.

Super fast service
Wow I received the fastest service ever from Charm SA! Ordered yesterday just after midday and received a confirmation e-mail from the couriers last night that they received my parcel! It was delivered this morning and I am equally impressed with the quality of the items. My only problem was deciding which charms to give as a special gift, they have a lovely selection.

Packaging is nice. Customer service on sales is quick. Customer service on returns and exchanges on whatsapp: nonexistent. Incorrect address on their FAQ page - bounces back. Whatsapps remain unanswered and calls to the whatsapp number does not work. Company happy to sell, but dead silent when there is dissatisfaction with a product. Used to think they were great, now I feel they might be a bit shady...not sure.

Charm SA - The Best Place to Get your Charms
The most adorable Charms ever at an affordable price. The charms arrived long before they were supposed and were a little smaller than I expected but they are actually cuter being that little bit smaller. Super happy, I can't wait to buy more from their vast selection.
