Deplorable and inconvenient service!
Absolutely deplorable service and terrible communication. I have been waiting for my license disc for 2 weeks. Despite numerous contact attempts, i have received no response and their whatsapp line is a joke. I need my license disc urgently!

Terrible Recoveries Feedback
I am so disappointed with the service I have received from the TIH and FFW recoveries team. I am well aware that an excess reimbur*****t is not a guarantee but I have supp**** their offices and their corresponding attorneys with all the relevant information which will assist with a successful recovery and to date, I have received no feedback! I was informed by the team leader at the law firm appointed by First For Women, VFV attorneys, they do not need to provide feedback. What ******* is that! I have called and emailed and yet to date, nothing! This is leaving a sour taste in my mouth as every other experience I have had with the insurer has been great.

Fantastic!
I had a wonderful experience with CAP security. I couldn't get ahold of any state authority and I decided to give them a call to see if they could assist. I was called to be updated more than once and thanked for my assistance. Thank you CAP!
