I am so shocked at the dishonesty and audacity of the uber eats delivery boy. I'm in a wheelchair and receiving treatment for cancer in hospital in cape Town and all I wanted and was craving today was a pizza. I ordered a pizza, payment went through. I stipulated in detail where in the hospital I am. 20 minutes later the delivery guy called saying he was outside the building. One of the nurses here went outside to find him.he called several times again saying he's lost. I told him to please wait, a nurse will pick up the order. He put the phone down.the nurse came back and said there was no sign of any delivery man. When I tried to call him, the call switched to a voice mail saying the number doesn't exist. Immediately hereafter, I received a notification that the order was canceled! I paid a hefty amount R155- for a small pizza I never received and wasn't refunded for in my bank account! I want answers and my money back. I'm deleting the Uber eats app and only using mr delivery now.
Fake cheese in your ham, cheese and tomato sandwiches!? Ag no sis man. Cheapskates! If you're on business rescue, don't ask us R75 for a disgusting, greasy yellow mess
What used to be a beautiful, peaceful and pristine holiday destination has deteriorated. Sadly it is not a pleasure to visit anymore. Unkempt facilities, boisterous children, not to mention arrogant party goers running amok and just an obvious decline in the quality of this once stunning resort makes this a no go zone.
