The worst Spur experience! Waited 20minutes to be seated while there were tens of table available inside because there was no staff manning the door. Ordered drinks and food and waited 50minutes to get coffee and juice. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.
I’ve given this cafe a chance multiple times while at the airport and every time it’s been EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. The staff has a terrible attitude, don’t pay attention to customers, the service is even worse. You can easily wait up to 30minutes for a toasted sand-which that’s already made and is taken to the back to be toasted. It’s insane. Easily the WORST place to try grab a quick bite when in transit.
Transfers from fund to fund and withdrawals take FOREVER. Poor customer services experience ALWAYS.
Difficult to reach the helpline. Almost 24hr delay in response from initiation message
