Worst service to date
I have been renting with this agency for a year now, for a period of 10 months I was not being charged for parking and a month of February a lady moved in and was charged for parking and she logged a complaints and the caretaker Mike, decided that he would dispute her matter by involving me in an issue that I had already explained to Mike that I was provided the key at the office and was told that they do not have an additional key for the small gate that does not need payment I have been making a follow-up with Cynthia Letlape four weeks and she promised that I will not be charged the 3600 and to my surprise I end up being charged that amount I paid the money as it was affecting my credit score and and Cynthia had promised multiple times to me and my parent that she will have a sit down with management and Mike and only to be told a different story by Mike this is the worst rental agency to date

I had an insurance with Vodacom which I requested cancellation from the month of Nov, DEC2025 they still deducted and I sent ANOTHER cancellation and still this Jan they deducted.. Vodacom insurance is such a **** And I called in mind you to the contact center to inquire if it was cancelled and I was told by Kamogelo that yes it’s cancelled
