unfortunately, I don't feel ok the way they handle my car situation now, before everything was excellent, communication now is no more and my car is still with the mechanic, its 3 weeks now. so, no ratting's at the moment
I received a call about feedback of my claim after a week submission also I was told that I wont be able to get help because scratches on my car are worth more than what my car is covered for. The lady who helped me was so kind & professionally explain to me which I did understand.
