Terrible service!!!!! The worst!! I dropped off the package on the 8th March 2026. The person only collected the package today on the 12th March 2026. I asked that they leave the package in the shop as I will take this package myself and deliver it to the customer. They took the product and now it is going to their dispatch warehouse. They dont want to bring back the product to the store. I texted them on the whatsapp chat. They opened the chat at 12:21 and said they cant find my tracking number and even before i could respond, they closed the chat. Its not the first time they do this. Last time they took my package to cape town, where it was supposed to go to johannesburg.
My Netstar Go account was cancelled without even informing me. I asked to be assisted with getting a netstar Go account. They informed me they would call me shortly. I waited 3 hours and called again and they said they would escalate it to the sales manager and they would call. I called them again and they said i should hold. I held for over 20 minutes and no one got back to me. Its a horrible company. Their services are horrible, cant keep up to their promises.
I was hijacked my VW Polo TSI. King Price was swift and quick to help me. Since I had a car hire option, they provided me with a vehicle as soon as possible while they resolve the claim. They appointed an investigator, Mr Gerhardt Pieters, who was friendly and quick with the investigation. My claim got approved swiftly and professionally. Props to King Price. Best insurance company!
I paid for a sim, called on-the-go. I paid upfront and it was delivered. The sim been working since yesterday morning. When i called yesterday they said it hasnt been activated and they would activate it. When i asked how long it will take. They said they don’t know. When i called today. I held the line for 30 minutes. When they answered they made me hold for another 10 minutes until my airtime ran out. They didnt even call back. I texted their WhatsApp line. And they take 3 hours to respond. When an agent finally responds she opens the line for 5 minutes, if you don’t respond. They close the line. Im still sitting with a sim thats not activated and not RICAd but i paid for the service in advance.
I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Pineapple. I had claimed because my AirPods were damaged. I took the AirPods for repair at apple and I had to pay for the assessment fee. I received the damage quotation of R2400. Pineaple then said I would have to pay an excess of R2000 which included the basic excess and the additional excess. Basically they would only pay R400 towards the repairs. The consultant Tsholofelo that was handling the claim told me it would take 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect. She told me this on the 27th of October. On the 30th, after the 5 working days had passed i asked why the amount hadnt reflected, she responded a day later saying she will check. On the 1st of November I asked again why the amount hasn’t reflected and she said she will check On the 2nd of November i asked her again why the amount hadn’t reflected and she said she will check. I’m dealing with someone who is *********** because she is always offline and there is no direct phone line. Pineapple is also unfair because I pay my premiums on a monthly basis but when its time to claim, they will give you problems.
<div>I was involved in a car accident on the 18th of July. Where my vehicle got damaged from their clients truck. I submitted the claim on the 6th of June after having collected all the documents required. I was informed the claim would take 30 days to be settled. Validations on started on the 19th of June. An assessor was appointed was appointed on the 26th. I was recently informed that my car is a write off and it will take another 10 working days for management to approve or decline. When i spoke to ***** she informed that it takes them 45 working days to resolve the claim and i was not informed of this when i submitted the claim, i was told 30 days, not working days. Officially from the date of claim, it is supposed to be settled on the 07th of July. Its almost two months now that i am without a car and this insurance keeps on taking me from pillar to post. Not to mention that their communication is very bad. If you wont call and follow up, they will not update you on the process. Pineapple helped me receive my claim within 6 working days after submitting that my phone had been stolen. I was helped by one of the employees, Bevin, who was very polite and helpful.
