Working at Everest plumbing after Luca left ,was truly a long hard and hell year .Riaan the sons owner who is managing the business ,God knows what he is managing as they know nothing about plumbing and construction,know nothing about dealing with customers ,always want to be right instead of solving the issues .I have struggled with being paid on time ,I had to go also take over the work that Luca used to do and sat them down to look into my salary as 9000 was no longer working for me given that there was additional work ,They refused ,promised to pay me money in September cause l was working while at the hospital with my daughter but didn’t pay it .I had no other choice than to resign.Ending of mu resignation l was treated life a ***** and threatened that a police case was going to be open for theft only because l said l was not returning work laptop until l was paid Riaan is a mess to work with ,Constantly treats stuff badly ,shouts and insults people . All cause he has undocumented stuff working for him ,he feels he can treat them anyhow .Arranged to buy **** permits for them so his business doesn’t close down ,Threatens his admin lady that she will loose a roof over her head when he doesn’t get his way I have soo much more to say but labour court will deal with him All l can say to Luca’a client base is please find another plumbing company to help you Riaan and his father know nothing about this business ,the certificate he has for plumbing was bought ,the certificate for leak detection was bought ,he didn’t attained training only the plumber did He knows nothing at all Working for a company this long and walking away with 15k instead of being paid my monthly Salary for every year worked is a mess You messed with the wrong one and l won’t let this go until the right thing is done Worked with Luca for years but never we were treated like dogs I am not just standing up for myself but for voiceless people working for both Ayoba Riaans company and Everest plumbing owned by Yvette and Peter and ran by Riaan I need my full money and l need you to learn to treat people well and actually not just be running a business that you don’t love and know nothing about and not willing to learn or atleast pay people who are doing the work for you well
l am writing this to complain about Elizabeth Mashini l have been looking for a place and whenever l send messages ,call directly and on whatsapp she never responds l was looking for a place last year dec and she responded in jan saying that the place still needs maintenance soon as it is done ,she will let me know l followed up countless times but she never bothered to get back to me l found another link for a property now in honey ridge and l did the same she never responded. My question is why advertise places if you know that you will not bother responding ,l understand it gets busy but we all get busy ..This is poor service How do you proceed to fully apply for a place if already the agent is showing RED flags ,when I'm inside the property and there are things to be sorted will l be attended to ? Thanks
Definitely the worst letting agency. They were so quick to request that l pay deposit knowing very well that they have issues, which l was not informed about, from day 1 1.Bathroom was a mess and the tub is the kind that l doubt they would even bath in ,flat was full of rats and had to constantly buy rats glue books and l gave up when we caught 10 rats in total ,the drain was blocked every now and again and they would only come fix it at their own time .the stove ,l complained for 4 months straight and it was only bought on the 5month (my moving out month) .had to use a pressure cook for all these months as they were not assisting ,Safety on Xero .l had a man knock on my kitchen window at 12am which l had asked if they can put burglars .The disrespect from Tumie their agent when approaching me, from asking me to rate her service as good here on Hellopeter to approaching me as if I'm her child. The rent changing every now and again. Now l have requested for my deposit and l am told l owe them instead for the things l found as they were. Anyone looking to move here, please save yourself time and stress. l made a mistake of not doing my research before l moved in. Please do your research, everyone who has commented on this company is right and 100% on point. They are the worst.
I had a problem with a stove for 4months and Tumie has been assisting .I finally got a new one yesterday and l just want to say thank you not only for that ,but for quick responses whenever we need anything Keep up the good work
l opened my account in 2018 .then 2022 l started receiving sms on my email and online app saying my details have changed ,l called the bank to block my account as l did not change anything ,A lady from fnb called back a few days later saying she will arrange for my funds to be released then they close the account ,cause how do they create a an account under an existing account cause someone brought an id to their branch ,,,,l just want fnb to do their research ,reverse my funds and close that account ..l am tired of following up on this ..
Hi there l am writing this with a heavy heart .l opened my Fnb account in 2018 and have been using it since for everything. Then on the 24th of March l got sms notifying that l am de-registering my online bank ,a few minutes later l got emails saying l have opened a new islamic account ,a new address was updated and cell phone numbers were changed ..l have since not been able to log in to my bank My question is ,how do they create a new profile under an existing one ?,how do they even go as far as giving someone else new a card ...what then happens to my fund ,cant they follow up to see when the account was opened ,call neccesary places to confirm when l started using the account How does such a big bank be this careless ?
