Their service is so poor. I closed my investment account last year in October, they deducted my money in February, March and April. I’ve been calling them numerous times and been getting different answers from the head office. Clearly no one knew what was happening. They said I must r the talk to my financial advisor, he should be the one assisting me. I spoke to Mr L Tyanda who is my financial advisor. He wasn’t helpful to a point where I had to report the matter to old mutual ombudsman. Eventually I got paid the money for February and March and mever received anything for April. Called my financial advisor, he told me when he calls head office they’re mean to him and also has been advised not to help me as i had laid a complaint to ombudsman. I then asked for the refund, he told me they said they refunded me. I then asked him for the proof of payments because I only received two monies whereas money was deducted from my account 3 times. I even sent him numerous payslip showing him the money that was deducted, unfortunately there was no help. No one has called me from old mutual to explain what is happening. Mr Tyanda doesn’t reply to my emails and I’m supposed to talk to him. The worst mistake I did was to invest with old mutual. The good thing is I didn’t again, because my partner and I were planning to invest with them again but the way they treated me is quite disturbing. If you go to the branch, they’ll ask you to call your financial advisor that is not helpful.
I went to dream nails last week Monday to wax. It was such a horrible and traumatic experience. The lady didn’t know how to wax, i had to stop the process as she was only hurting me. As if I that was not enough they charged me the whole amount. I after that went to Camelot spa, they did an exceptional job.

It’s such a very beautiful place. The food is to die for, it was soo nice, I can’t get over it. The staff was soo friendly, they all had positive energy, not even one had an attitude. I’m definitely coming back to this place. Their attitude is just on another level. I enjoyed everything.
I cancelled my flight details in December last year, provided medical certificates on their emails and WhatsApp, I still never received my money back. They only responded to me in March when I wrote to Hello Peter. Then they wanted my sick notes, I forwarded the sick notes and all the messages I’ve been sending on their email. It’s been a month now, I still haven’t received a follow up nor my money back.
Travelstart is a scam. I booked a flight from Mpumalanga to Jorbug last year. But I couldn’t be able to fly due to medical reasons. I cancelled the flight 5 days before the departure date, and I provided them a sick note. I emailed them numerous times and sent it on their WhatsApp. Then again 2days before departure, I emailed them and sent the another sick note stating that I was admitted. Now 3 months later they claim that I haven’t submitted the sick note within a week of my cancellation. You can’t get hold of them, they don’t answer their phones. You wait on hold until your phone dies
