Discovery bank app left me stranded in the middle of no where with no access to my funds I called to request for the funds to be transferred still needed to be verified on the app I was stranded for hours with no assistance I was told to borrow funds from elsewhere where as I had funds available in my own account
I woke up to a negative balances on my Discovery bank account and the reason I was given is that a previous pick n pay transaction from the month of April is only being banked now in June no warning no confirmation from my bank and checking on my statement that payment was done and cleared within that 7 days I am given the run around that I must ask Pick n pay I am not happy with this I need answers now it does not make any sense that it would take almost 2 months for a payment to clear again and deduct from my account again
Vuma fibre is the worst from the poor connection to their service ,I have had enough of the excuses for the poor service they have been providing, the worst part is their agents tell me that we should accept the poor service because it's the cheapest fibre connection there is ,I work from home and depend fully on the internet, these random outages affect my work and there is no sense of urgency to the restoration, to make matters worse there is no customer care line to call all they have is an *********** chat line that responds after 12 hours leaving me without any assistance, currently I have been requesting for my statement for the month of May to date it is not available I have been told that I have been told I have not paid to their system is offline requested for an escalation to date no one has reached out to me to help me with my issue I have had enough of this poor service I am left with no choice but to go public I'm really unhappy with this treatment I demand answers!!!!
We buy cars in Silverlakes has the worst service ,so ***********!!!! I recently bought a vehicle at webuy cars Silverlakes on the 12th of December 2023 to date I have not recieved my natis documents I have since been sent from pillar to post spoke to a dozen of call center agents that had no interest in helping me ,they sound irritated with no interest in my query, the delayed documents have been sent to the silverlakes branch after fighting with them on many occasions and I requested the documents to be sent to my nearest branch which is The Johannesburg South branch within 2 business days,this was on the 31st of January!!!date there is no response, or communication of the whereabouts of my documents, I have been trying to get my sales man Maarman Mahlangu to assist me with no luck he also seems irritated and and short tempered he has not been any help either
The best service that I have received from this company as well as the lady I spoke to by the name Nhlakanipho. Keep it up!!!
I am utterly disappointed by the service I received with Standard bank home content insurance, we had a faulty microwave that was collected by their repairs team last week only to be told that they can only cover the item if we have a surge arrestor switch installed and we have to send a certificate of that installation, if we don't have one we will be charged 10% excess for the claimed item to be replaced according to their quoted contract claws no.13 no 3 I presume, but the agent says we need to pay R2500 excess for a microwave that costs under R2000 ,does it make sense at all that we pay that much where as when we calculate it on our side the charge of 10% is way less,this is a **** and day light ******* ,incompetence will not even begin to explain the service ,its plain ****** and ******* from my point of view,I will be taking my business elsewhere where customers are valued and the service is just transparent with no ****mers
Pmd is a **** I have made claim and was told to wait 10 to 15 working days for feed back but that waiting period has passed no feedback given, I am given the run around that the technician dealing with the claim is unavailable and no one is giving me a clear indication on what is going on, I have been requested to provide documentation after documentation, questioned extensively as if I am a ******** by the way, when claiming on what we have paid for , And when the claim is approved they send a quotation for approval that takes forever,still no communication just to keep me in the loop regarding the process of the claim,our next step is to take it up with ombudsman but we need the public to know that you are running an inconsistent business and for them not to trust you with their money Here is my claim number;CL101192743
Worst experience ever as we went there on a family vacation but upon our arrival we found out that the rooms were smaller than we anticipated, we were led to believe that the venue was child friendly, the rooms were cold, we were not advised upon booking that it was a hotel ND no food was allowed, we tried to get assistance to upgrade atleast to bigger rooms to accommodate the baby and we were told it's not possible coz they were fully booked and no refund was given, we had to leave cut our trip short and go back home unfortunately because those rooms were not pleasant, we got bad attitude from the reciption as we seeked assistance from them even before they helped us they kept on waving the fact that no refund is available, it's so sad that we lost our time driving there, treated unfairly upon our arrival and the money wasted in the process to end up not even staying a single night at the premises no effort was put into our situation they did not care at all
This is regarding my withdrawal claim submitted on the 8th of February 2022 and is still not paid according to their policy its promised to be paid out within 6 weeks of the claim, my issue has been escalated numerous times within their organization still no resolution has been made, I strongly believe this is not fair and to top it off no correspondence has been sent to me I Have to continuously follow up with them and they do not live up to their end of the promise
