Traficc are Insurance ****mers.
Traficc are ****mers. Beware. I purchased a car and was offered the Maintenance Plan as well as Tyre & Rim Plan. The former was insured with the amount of R56 000 and the latter R9000, both for a period of 36 months. I used the products for 4 months without any claim, yet when I cancelled both products on their basis of “pro rata”, I was charged R14 400 on the Maintenance Plan and R3000 on the Tyre and Rims, just for 4 months I did not lodge claim. This is ***** and unprofessional from Traficc, they are knowingly ****ming customers and I definitely will be elevating the matter to the National Consumer Commission as well as the Insurance Ombudsman for short term insurers. Also, I am alerting my lawyers to build a case. They have to be taken to the cleaners, I am one individual they messed around with.

I requested them to inspect the car for me, unfortunately the dealership told me that the car was sold a day before the inspection, I notified View4You and the next day, I found a car at another dealership, which I asked them if we could then make an appointment thereof. They have been sending me from pillar to post and they keep quiet about the way forward. They are ****mers disguised in sheep clothing.

Standard Bank Insurance are Fraudsters
Standard Bank Vehicle Insurance quoted me for my car, my contract with them was scheduled to commence on the 1st of May 2022. I then got quoted cheaper elsewhere, then canceled my yet active contract with Standard Bank Insurance, who canceled my policy on the 29th of April 2022. Did they not debit my account on the 3rd of May 2022 even though I canceled the contract in time and without using their service. Play far from these scammers if you value your money. They make sure you cannot reverse your debit orders with your bank. Fraudsters!!!

Excellent Service
After going through uncomfortable situations with other dealerships who couldn't negotiate the best rates, I was fortunate to come across Saddam Mnisi of Mit Mak Motors who did an excellent and tremendous job to make a very happy customer in the end. I know where my next vehicle should come from 😊
