The owner of Chicken Licken, 239 Burger St, Pretoria North must train his/her staff to be professional. I stay closer, always go to buy chicken licken there and now the staff members name me or gossip about me with what I always buy and I think this tendency they also do to other customers. This is really unprofessional, pathetic and lack business ethics. I am bringing money (more than R200 everytime) to the shop but I have turned out to be a laughing stock because of what I always buy. The shop must always apprecaite the presence of their customers even if one customer comes several time. Do not name or call customers or gossip with what they buy, be professional for the business to prosper. Very sad.
Their account department is useless, they do double billing and I informed them, promised to resolve the issue but to date is still not resolve and double billing continues. Very poor after service.
SA Canopy in Gezina provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price when installing a securi lid into my bakkie. Excellent work especially to the lady at the office Nozipho and her technical team. Thanks much apprecaited.
I regret the day I chose to buy the solar equipment at SolarNerd, Mayville Pretoria. The Battery 48V - Dyn 48KW Lithium Ion which cost me R28, 749.94 only lasted for 9 days. The beginning it took more than 2 full days to get the battery programmed and running. They control the configuration settings remotely, which is a bit strange to me. On the 9th day the battery lost communication with the Inverter but all lights were on. The electrician who came and checked what is wrong with the battery, recommended that the battery must go back to the shop for repairs. The shop took the battery and said if it’s a small issue it might take 2 weeks’ time to be back. When I made a follow-up after 2 weeks they said they didn’t get feedback from the repairs. They recommended that I wait for 6 weeks. When I made a follow-up through email on the 7th week, they said they still did not get feedback. I asked for estimated time, they never responded to date. I contacted Dyness SA with a hope that the battery is with them but they said I must communicate with the supplier. Which meant that I am stuck with SolarNerd's bad attitude. Lack of customer care, especially aftercare service. They are just a reseller who doesn’t know or care about resolving product issues. They don’t have good communication between themselves and their OEM. I don’t believe that they took the battery to the OEM because they are unable to get feedback, there’s no OEM who’s unable to respond to their client about their product. I hope and pray they do not bring back a dead battery and dump it to me especially that I am taking this issue up and also hope that my R28,749.94 has not gone down the drain as they are enjoying it. My communication with them it’s a bit strange because it’s like you are just irritating them.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered anytime before 16h00, I didn't go to work I waited for them since morning because they said I am expected to collect the percel myself not any other person. I called and 15h30 they said they are still coming and I called to check at 16h05 they said they would arrive in 5mins. I waited until they arrive around 17h10. When the driver arrive, no greet not even asking my name if I was the right person, he handed over the parcel, nothing to sign no explanation and left me standing at my gate and gone. I have never seen from any courier company such bad driver's attitude and lies from their office. They gave me a bad service and I wash my hands.
I was assisted by Bella Masekela, She did an excellent job, assisting me to add my car on the policy. Excellent work Sisi and KingPrice, keep it up.
