They *****ulenty leased someone using my details which is making it hard for me to let with any property company in the JHB CBD. Do not trust Ithemba as some of thier agents will do just about anything to have their apartment leased!
I had a car accident on the 25th of July 2025 and Affinity said I shouldn’t take any tow truck besides the one that they recommended and I did as advised. While awaiting the claim process which was declined, the problem now is that the drivers door control system was vandalised and my battery went missing in the process. I’ve been trying to find out who took my battery and what happened to my door since 16 September 2025, all they say is “we are still investigating.” I’m done fixing my car I need the battery and no one seems to care.

Affinity Insurance made to make a plan to go to Pretoria TMPD to get my Accident Report which I found very inconvenient because I’m from Soweto,I had to take half day leave so that I can submit it instead of them making it easy for thier clients after so much trauma. I also don’t like their customer service, they are not good at it and retainment. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use Affinity Car Insurance
On the 4th of February 2022 I called CellC to terminate my contract which was ending on the 4th of March 2022. The consultant who assisted me told me that I have to pay R590.00 then the account will be closed after their last debit order (27 February 2022) I was not aware that they’ve been giving me the contract package ( March and April 2022) because I am a person who buys data and airtime, I hardly run out like now. Today I called the to make a payment plan and close the account they say it’s impossible and I don’t have money. I won’t have money anytime soon. This is the first time not paying them since 2012/2013.
I moved from car insurance to business car insurance from the 1st of March 2022 yet Budget debited me from both departments for March and April and then they sent me an email letting me know that the are insurance will be cancelled on 29 March 2022. They promise to refund me for March and April then later send me the an email telling me different story. This is so frustrating and unfair, I want my money back.
