I was assisted by Mmampho Masekwameng on my claim at old mutual insure.... I have been struggling for a very long time... And she managed to help me and I am grateful for that, she knows how to communicate with clients and make them feel at ease.... I give her 10/10
Good day ....my name is Richard i would like to thank Mmampho Masekwameng for assisting me regarding my claim.....she was very helpful and nice to me.
I bought Nike sneakers last month from Superbalist....they delivered them,but when I open the box they were not in good condition...they were eaten by Rats...and smelling so bad....I logged a return and the came to pick them up......and 2 days later they sent me an email saying...my return was no in a satisfactory condition...they actually were trying to say it's my fault where'as they delivered them in that condition.....I explained to them that the reason I returned them it's because I received them in tht condition I even sent them pictures of it.....then one of their consultant sent me an email saying they did investigation and I will receive my refund within 3 to 5 working days......nothing was in my account after 10 days....then I sent them email to please make a follow up on the issue....thts when they rep**** to say I must send my banking details.....I sent them banking details and they again promised to send my money within 3 to 5 working days.....it's over a week now...and still waiting......do I really have to beg them to return my money.....? They don't care about their customers....they only care about money coming in....
I just want to warm people to stay far away from this insurance PMD..... They are so Dishonest and reaping people off........ What ever thy tell you when they looking for customers....and the service you receive when you claim are 2 different things.... I even had to cancel that insurance with immediate effect..
I have been complaining and writing reviews about Cell.c for the past three months atleast... But till today my issue hasn't been resolved.... I am even considering potting my numbers to other networks because I am really tired and dissatisfied with Cell C.... Its north gud doing business with them... They don't care about their customers .
I am so dissatisfied with Cell C and their incompetent people...... Its more than a month now they haven't resolved my problem..... They honestly don't take their customers serious.. Its so annoying.
After months and weeks of waiting... I am stick stuck... There is a lady from Cell C who promised my issue wil be solved, but till today the is no change.... I am really not happy with Cell C they don't keep their promise..
I did not have a call from Cell c since they promised to contact me... So it means they don't really care how their customers feel...
I have a contract with Cell C.. I never ever gave them problems, from December last year they stopped debiting money from my account and suspended my account... Thy then called me then we set another date for debit.... Still they di not... And still now we having a same problem wher they dont debit and they tell me my account is in arrears... I took initiative last month a phoned them to please debit the money... Still it did not happen, its their fault they don't debit the money.. And i refuse to pay the arrears... And their consultants don't have answers to our questions... And choose to hang up on us which is vwry rude for a big company like cell c
