This guy, under the name Stefan, advertise braaihout on fb under the company name Karoo Braaihout. When you make contact he tells you the signal is very poor, you can only whatsapp or voice note. He sends you picture and short video clips showing the stacks of wood and the people loading the package as you speak. He tells you banking payments takes to long and capitec send cash or fnb ewallet is much faster. You must send 50% deposit and cash on delivery. He gives you a time for delivery and when there's a hour left before delivery he whatsapps you telling a sob story about his truck breaking down and he (conveniently) just needs an amount (your other 50% that's suppose to be cod) for the truck part and then he will deliver. He even arrange to give you 120 bags extra to sell for the fact that you had to make your full payment before delivery. This is a ****mer and must be reported. Beware!! He will be reported on fb as well.
I'm a contract customer since 2010 and never had a problem with MTN. But lately there system is realy up to #$%&. Since covid I struggle sometimes ro make a full payment each month. When it happens then I call to make a payment arrangement and before the new month starts my account is paid in full. So Sept 2022 I made an arrangement again and 2 weeks later that arrangement was paid up to date. Because I make payments via EFT my lines get suspended in 2 days if I don't make my payments on the 1st of each month. May 2023 is also n bit of a struggle, so I made a 3/4 payment and call to make an arrangement. The answer that I got: the system doesn't allow me to make an arrangement due to an arrangement that wasn't kept in Sept 2022. How is that possible?! When I finnaly spoke to legal they said the system can't be override and I won't be able to make arrangement in the future. Today I paid the full outstanding amount and called again. Same story, sorry you're not allowed to make an arrangement due to Sept 2022 and you'll have to wait until the system opens up the lines. I must say, the tec who wrote the system clearly didn't know the needs of customers and isn't customer friendly.
I'm waiting for a payout of my momentum policy. It's less than R2000. On April 11 they waited for my tax directive. On May 16 I had to hear they had to reapply for my tax directive. It's June 8 and so the payout is still not done. It's outrageous and ridiculous, it's not a huge amount. I will not use Momentum again.
After my last complaint Cell C sent a reply promising results. They called my mother and told her they'll look into the problem and resolve it. That was more than a week ago. Problem still has not been resolved and no progress or feedback from Cell C. It's been 6 weeks now...really pathetic!
My mother has been a client of Cell C for more than 10 years now. Payments always goes off via debit order. She was supposed to upgrade in March 2022 but when we got to Cell C she was declined an upgrade due to outstanding account. How can there be an outstanding account when there is a debit order in place? When in-store personal tried to find out what is going on the account department assured her there is nothing wrong with my mothers contract and there is nou arrears on her account. So she was referred to the legal department of Cell C. After numerous calls someone answered but could not explain why my mother's account was handed over and what amount was outstanding. It's been 4 weeks now and she still can't upgrade nor receive any feedback from either Cell C's legal department nor the service provider. When we asked for a case number not even that could be given correctly. I request that they call my mother to resolve this issue urgently.
I was looking for a labrador puppy to buy from a reputable breeder. My search brought me to Paws Kennels SA. They are based in the Eastern Cape and send your puppy by plane to you. The courier services they use are Rocket Logistics. The courier services do not even exist. The cost for a puppy is R5500 and as soon as it is paid you will receive an email from the courier that R16 999.00 must be paid for the crate in which the puppy must be transported. Under no circumstances should you support these people.
