Honor Magic 6 Pro. Flagship product for the company. However its only false advertising. 6 months into having this phone it started glitching and not performing. Taking it in for repairs I am told it has water damage. Explain to me how a waterproof phone has water damage, especially when it has never been submerged. Only maybe caught in some rain. Raise the issue to Honor customer service where again they lie that they will reply in 2 days. It's been over a month and multiple calls and they always say this is being escalated to the manager. So either false advertising or a manufacturer fault, probably both. Don't buy their devices.

My experience with this company had been great up until they were required to return my deposit. When requesting this I was short-changed with no reasons provided. I attempted to contact them and all emails were ignored. Upon calling them directly they informed me that the reason why I was short-changed is that we received a traffic fine (which we paid directly to Zimbali, and the proof was shown), and because we added another name to our guest list. We had booked a 6 sleeper, and only had 4 people originally registered. We queried Zimbali Bookings about how to get a guest into the Estate and they mentioned we can just add them to our booking since we had 2 available spots. No mention was made as to a hidden cost that would be incurred. I find the manner in which they dealt with the deposit unethical and corrupt. Applying charges without informing the consumer and refusing to respond to any communications. I will not be doing business with them going forward and will make sure I no longer reccomend them to anyone else.
