Tax Ref 0279028823 - I submitted my tax return supporting documents on 20 August 2024 and was allocated case number 507812378 and that it will take 21, I assume working days to audit my return. This took me to around 20 September 2024 and nothing happened. I called a week later and was told my case will be escalated. A week later I called again and was told that there was no progress. A week later I called again and was assisted by a gentleman who was very thorough and checked and confirmed all information was correct but he will advise I attach my IRP5 documents although SARS has it. A week later I called again and was told it was a mistake to load the IRP5 documents as I now have to wait another 21 working days. There evidently has been nothing done about my audit and the responsible consultant has zero supervision or accountability for his/her work!!!!!!! My colleague at work submitted her docs and her money was paid within 7 days. How come I have already waited over 2 months with zero results. Zero service or commitment from SARS!!!!!!!
I am a pensioner and pay MTN R 1700 monthly mostly for data contracts. Since more than a week ago I have had one bar or less signal in Parkhill Gardens, Germiston. I reported this 3 times to the coverage department and did not even get any reply. I then wrote to the complaints department and also zero replies and the signal is still non existent. I got the call center to refresh my numbers on the network and nothing improved. Worst service ever.

Regards TFG ww****g.co.za/contact-us The above complaint has not been resolved as yet. I got an e-mail from Grizelda Filander on 8/4/2022 and I sent an e-mail reply the same day. I called the number on the e-mail the next week and left a message for Grizelda. I subsequently missed one call but repeatedly called the number and there is no reply. I have verified that it is the number for the Foschini Group. The account has now yet again been handed over to another debt collecting agency and the interest and other charges amounts to hundreds of Rands. To the management of the Foschini Group - your customer care dept do not care at all about customers and neither do they have any commitment to solve any issues. Can a senior person please take over this issue???? I will not pay for all the years after I canceled the prescription to the children's magazine, nor for any interest, telephone calls or collection calls. Customers should not pay for the incompetence of a service provider!!!
I have an account for many years with American Swiss. At some point I took out a subscription on a children's magazine and subsequently called in to cancel it. Approximately five years later I discovered that I am still being charged for it and again asked for it to be canceled. I called in many times to try and obtain a credit for the years I was being charged after cancelation but to no avail. Customer care (if they answer) do not help and just transfer you to someone else who is not available. Collections say they cannot send an email to customer care to pass the credit. Now attorneys have the account. I spoke to a lady who promised to speak to American Swiss to resolve the issue but again nothing was done. In the meantime I am being charged interest snd for phone calls and harassed endlessly by these attorneys and the matter remains unresolved. If there is anyone left in this company who is still interested in their jobs, I would like them to call me to resolve rhis. I will not pay until the credit is passed.
