Service excellence
Well done to the manager and his amazing staff on Tuesday 25th March. Your resilience, your commitment to good service, your tenacity towards your patrons were incredible. I have earned a voucher so decided to pop in to the Spur Hillcrest for a breakfast. The Spur was veey busy yet the staff were amazing. In particular was one waiter. A young man with his hair tied to the back. Not once did your demeanor change even in the face of stress and delivery to your customers.. Helpful and very pleasant. You maintained your posture and energy...it was incredible to watch you. Well done! WELL DONE SPUR HILLCREST..

An incredible journey from Urban to Jhb and likewise back to Dbn. Mthebiseng Mokoena from Jhb Frontline staff.. Amazing and very friendly service and efficient...Flight ***69.. THANK YOU.. Likewise in Durban, a beautiful young lady (unfortunately name forgotten). Her front tooth clearly marked her from others.. The most incredible helpful, kind, efficient and gentle person on the Frontline desk. An experience with positive energy. Thank you to both these ladies. You made flying an absolute breeze.. Oscars Service orientated.
Enjoyed an incredible dish which was very generous and well priced. Thank you Ray(our waiter) whose service was efficient, fast and he was friendly. So helpful.. Oscars has the most incredible ambiance and an amazing dining experience.

Excellent caring skills.
Following an incident whereby a vehicle who did not stay within the demarcated lane and damaged my rearview mirror in passing I totally lost it and could not find my cellphone. I rushed to Oscars cafe where we ladies met to try and find my phone. Oscars is the meeting place for their ambiance, incredible food and so well presented. Two staff members were absolutely amazing, their kindness, their caring and assistance in helping to locate the phone were beyond measure. Shania and Nebo, you displayed such tenacity and resilience to assist me. Thank you so much. Thank you Oscars for employing such innovative staff, caring for the customers.
