I had rented a vehicle on 01 Jan from OR Tambo, paid for the rental fee and holding deposit. 30 das later, the rental deposit has still not been returned! The consultant, Sihle said it will be returned within 72 hours of returning the car. IT is now 21 days since returning the car, and the holding deposit has still not been reversed to my credit card! Call Centre promises to escalate to the finance dept twice now, but still no feedback! Avoid Avis car rental at all costs!!!

These guys are getting better and better with license disc renewals. Asked for an invoice on Thurs morning, 20mins later received the invoice, sent PoP with delivery address. I receive an SMS on Sunday evening telling me to expect a delivery on Monday morning, and at 7:30AM, delivered. @Venantia Ryan - you're awesome and efficient, keep it up. All service-oriented businesses need to learn from Ms Ryan and her team.
This service is getting more efficient compared to two years ago. I received my license within a week, previously was 20 days. The communication is also more efficient. Keep up the good work
I had purchased a voucher for a sunset cruise in CT, service provider: Falcon Holdings(based in KZN). After calling several times and sending an email for a booking request, there was no response. The phone just rings or goes to voicemail. Nobody reads the email. When I informed the issue to Hyperli, they contacted the owner of Falcon Holdings, Ridhwaan Mayet, says he received no booking requests. After showing them the evidence, there has been no response from Falcon Holdings nor Hyperli.com. still no feedback on my refund. Stay away from Falcon Holdings boat cruises!
I had replaced my store card earlier this year and collected it from Cresta Shopping mall on 20 Feb 2024. I was told by the lady at WFS desk that the card is ACTIVE and ready to use and I would just need to show my ID for the first three purchases. I have attempted to make three purchases since then, all were declined. The only thing the Woolies store staff could tell me is that I have outstanding balance to pay, without checking the facts! Clearly some training is needed. The worst of the three experiences was at Woolworths Florida Glen, where the supervisor, PALESA, tells me that a negative balance (i.e. credit balance) is what is owed to Woolworths, she was quite arrogant about it too. She is misinformed and needs serious training after she is suspended! How can a balance above my limit mean that I owe Woolworths?! Woolworth financial services told me that the card was NEVER activated!
I had visited your Clearwater Mall branch on 29 June, at approx. 10:35 to make a deposit. I was met with a very rude "receptionist" or whatever you call these people to "supposed to help" you as you walk into the branch. For several years, I walk in and join the teller queue for my transactions. Today for the FIRST time, I was stopped by this rude man, telling me I need to "sign in" without greeting me. I had asked since when is this new policy/system/procedure as there is no SIGN anywhere at the entrance stating that I must wait in a queue to queue! He responded by saying it has been in place since last year and I have been "bypassing" them. If he knows me, why didn't he ever come up to me o ask me to "sign in" into the branch every time?? Because he's never around for either too busy gossiping with other members staff but he makes it my fault! Please train your staff to treat YOUR customers with dignity and put up a damn sign in the branch to queue to queue!!! Naturally the branch manager was nowhere to be found to deal with this matter!
there is only one helpful employee at Road Protect, Ms/Mrs TAMICA VEALE. She is prompt with response to queries, calls back on time and reassures the matter gets sorted out. I wish her other colleagues (LJ) can be as diligent as her. Thank you Tamica!
Rush has teamed up with Vodacom to SCAM customers, they pretend to offer A courier service. They offer a quotation, debit your account and then GONE. NO WAYBILL, NO CONFIRMATION OF ORDER! VODACOM NEEDS TO RETURN MY MONEY AND STOP PARTNERING WITH SCAM ARTISTS!
I signed up with Road Protect at TwT, The Glen with their assistant, Ms Shoneez. She was not forceful for the sign up (unlike other marketing personnel) and she explained everything in detail and simple English as well as the Tc and Cs. Shoneez was great and helpful and an asset to the Road Protect team
