This company advertise hand crafted jewelry at discounted prices with a pic of an old lady closing her shop. The exact same pic of this lady and her products advertise as Claire jewelry, Johanna jewelry and many more. The Janine's jewelry Cape Town is the one that I bought from. The payment is through Hong Kong and the returns also go back to Hong Kong. They confirm your order, but supply no tracking number and when you enquire, the answer is that they busy creating the pieces. So if they are closing down, how are they doing new stuff? Do not fall for this ****! Please be very vigilant

Poor workmanship of wingbackchairs
Bought two identical flowered grey wingback chairs @ the same time. Chair one looks exactly like the advertisment. I have sent back chair two for a replabement three times already. Chair number two Cushion size was much bigger than nr one. Cushion bottom was sewn with grey and green odd material. Cushion did not have piping as chair one does. Chair wings much smaller and thinner than nr one. Chair seating height 4 cm higher, so my feet cannot reach the floor. Chair back width much smaller than nr one Feet of chair painted with teardrops and *****s stick out and cannot be *****ed in properly. After numerious telephone calls and emails and three chairs sent back with the same problems, it seems they are not able to match two chairs.

Amazing service
I ordered two glass top tables online. As soon as the items arrived at the Somerset West branch, I was informed by Matthew Wolfaardt. The one table's top had a chip and he sorted it in no time. Three days later I got a replacement. The service and communication was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was to much effort. Thank you for a fantastic service! Great shop with amazing people that look after their customers!
