Sad logistics, poor internal communication.
Delivery was promised within two days. It did not arrive and more than a week later they noticed that they will deliver. Immediately contacted customer support and asked to postpone for a week, ansk for delivery on one of two specific days when someone is able to receive the package. Two days later they attempted delivery not following the instructions. Again I gave them the two dates that someone would be present. A few days later I receive this email asking how I am enjoying my order and to give a rating. Poor logistics and communication unfortunately.

Walk away from Wootech.co.za
Romoss powerbank faulty less than 8 months in. Manufacturer shows 2yr warranty on packaging. Wootech refuses to assist in even looking at the product.

Unheard of service
Exceptional service. Under promised and overdelivered! Thank you for the chair you delivered at our remote doorstep in a flash. Great quality product. Helpful customer service.
