We have MSC bookings for December and I have been sending emails for the last 2 months to follow up on our bookings (5 of them) with no response. When contacting the number on the internet, my call is just disconnected. I need answer!!
I exchanged my 9kg Gas bottel at Keep it cool gas on the 06/04/2023. When needing to change my gas bottel the regulator does not fit in the nozzle. On phone the company I was first advised to buy a regulator that will fit of which they will refund. No regulator or adapter fitted. When phoning the company to inform them I was told that they don’t do red gas bottels, and wont be able to come and bring my old bottel back and take there bottel. After a-lot of phone calls to the company, they refused to correct there mistake and requested I go to them for them to see what plan they can do for me. This is unacceptable. Gas im my house is used for food making. Not only am I not able to make food, I wont be able to replace this red bottel for one which actually works. I will have to buy a new bottel now.

I have been asking from December for my debit order to be cancelled due to financial strain after Covid. Its the 26/05 and once again my debit order went through just like it did from January till now? Its impossible to cancel the debit order😡
