We have MSC bookings for December and I have been sending emails for the last 2 months to follow up on our bookings (5 of them) with no response. When contacting the number on the internet, my call is just disconnected. I need answer!!

I booked my msc cruise with them and the cruiseliner cancelled due to the lockdown. I was informed that msc has supplied a voucher for the next cruise season. I informed sa travel online that I want a refund. I'm still waiting on their response.

Terrible Service I have sent Karen the co-owner a complaint to date the complaint has not been resolved, she responded on my first email said she will revert back to me, however to date I am still awaiting feedback. I have sent follow up emails, but they are all ignored.

I booked and PAID for flights to and from Cape Town to never hear or see anything for it. Emails go unanswered, calls go to a voicemail answering service. This company should be brought to book for what they are doing. Stay away!

Make an online booking and payment, arrive at airport, airline NOT PAID, obviously booking was cancelled. Bought another ticket, same flight but more than double. Be warned. I will NEVER use them again ... cannot be trusted.

The service from the unreachable MD Karen and their cruise expert Victor is shocking. They do not respond to emails nether do they answer the two phone lines. I made the mistake of booking an international flight and cruise with them. Looks like its time to get my lawyers and FNB fraud division involved. Maybe then I will get a response.

I called to inquire about my hooking. Three cabins several payments later. Crystal a lady at this company was so unprofessional to tell me I am doing you a favour to provide you with your booking details. She goes to check and comments that she doesnt know how people dont know their booking details. I then challenge her on her comments and she puts the phone down. So much for doing me a favour. I will ensure that Crystal is famous. She doesnt belong in the travel industry. Book directly with MSC Dont ask Crystal

On Saturday 10 March, I attempted to book a cruise with Travelonline, on the MSC Sinfonia from Durban to Venice on 20 April. I only received an email reservation at 15:20 on Monday 12 March, which I accepted immediately and asked for the required documentation to finalise payment by credit card. In response, I received an email to say the reservation had been cancelled at 15:00, promising a new reservation by Tuesday 12 March. Note: It had only been received at 15:20! As I was in surgery on Tuesday, I asked for an urgent reservation and asked certain questions. This was followed up by telephone calls and more emails to stress the urgency, which seem to have confused the consultant completely. On Wednesday 14 March at 13:10, I sent another email, stressing the urgency of receiving a new reservation and the required documentation for credit card payment. At 17:30 on Wednesday (apparently sent at 16:19) I received a nebulous reply to my wife's email on Tuesday, stating she will "see if a cabin is available." We have persuaded friends to join us. They have booked and paid, and we still have no reservation! Will the inefficiency cost us the cruise and tarnish MSC's image?
