THEY SUCK!
I am a travel agent. I used a visa agent to apply for UK visas for 2 clients traveling together. On Monday I was told the passports are ready for collection. I get there Wednesday, only one passport is given to me. They told me the other passport was already collected (which was impossible). I wait an hour. Then they tell me nooo, there was a mistake on the visa with the travel dates. I must come back the next day. I go back the next day. No passport no visa. Clients missed their flight. I had to pay for them to stay at the intercontinental at R11K for the night. I am hoping that tomorrow the passport will be there. Changing of flights: R8000. Changing of transfers and accommodation: R12450. My petrol driving up and down: R600. My time: priceless. They ****!! And I know! And I am not stopping. I will take it further!!!!

DoubleTree By Hilton Liverpool - aircons not working
I booked clients to the UK and in particular, the DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool Hotel. This hotel is in urgent need of a refurb as it is not the same as the pictures on the internet. The aircons weren't working at all, only blowing hot hair. Clients called me to move them to another hotel when the maintenance person could not resolve the aircon issue and clients were told that it's 'an old hotel and that is how it is'. The hotel now does not want to refund my client for a night that he did not spend there. Unacceptable!

WORST service ever.
We signed up as a business with Vox, and all I can say is that their customer service is the worst we've EVER experienced. Our internet (fibre) is unstable and it seems only 1 pc can connect at a time. Despite several calls and emails, no one has come out to look what the problem is. When you call them, you will be placed on hold in excess of 20 minutes, put through to the wrong departments, and then promptly cut off. This morning we were suspended, despite the payment we have made. It is now almost 11am and we have lost an entire morning's worth of work. Disgusting service. They should be forced to close their doors as they are doing a disservice to the public.
