Undelivered Item for order #OD436897335954672100 and False Tracking
I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my online order #OD436897335954672100. I received an SMS this morning stating my delivery was due today. However, the assigned courier company, WumDrop, has provided false tracking information. I attempted to call the driver, Vhutshilo, who promised to get back to me but never did. He is now intentionally avoiding my calls and refusing to answer. Makro's chosen partner is failing to deliver, and I am left without the microwave I paid for. I contacted Makro as well with no resolution. I require an immediate update on my delivery or a full refund.

False tracking update and “failed delivery" excuse by Vhutshilo
My experience with WumDrop regarding Makro order #OD436897335954672100 has been pathetic. I was notified of a delivery today, but the tracking information is completely inaccurate. The driver, Vhutshilo, is being dishonest. When I managed to reach him, he promised to call me back but failed to do so. Now, he is simply ignoring all my calls. It is unacceptable for a courier to "ghost" a customer while holding their paid goods. I want a supervisor to contact me immediately and ensure my parcel is delivered today, before 8pm as per the SMS I received this morning.

TymeBank fraud
I was a victim of fraudulent act, I received an SMS notification that R779.00 was debited from my account, I immediately contacted the bank for assistance because money can not be leaving one's account without authorization, their fraud department number rang for more than 20 minutes without being answered, I then sent an email. In response I was given a case number GFD-45534 and was told my card was temporarily blocked and they will investigate the issue. Yesterday I received an SMS that they completed investigations and without any explanation I was told I won't be refunded, I fail to understand why because first of all how does money even leave my account without me approving, isn't that money is supposed to be safe at a bank, what kind of a financial institution allows unauthorized access to it's customer's accounts. Tymebank has proven that it is not secured and it does not prioritize it's customers safety, it allows money to be deducted from one's account that easily and they do not even care
