Had an extremely horrible experience. Visited the restaurant on valentine's day and the manager- Johan was so rude as we wanted to share a combo meal - a 400g ribeye steak and 2 crawfish tails. We were not allowed to and the manager- Johan was nasty about it. How can a restaurant expect everyone to order a 400g steak and finish it. This restaurant does not care about the customer experience, only about taking your money for average over priced food
Bought a new defy dishwasher and a week later it broke. Horrible service received to get a technician out to see it and then thereafter no feedback to inform when damaged parts would be replaced. Calling in gets me no where as well as no one seems to know what to do
I had the most horrible experience with vodacom. I upgraded my phone online and my parcel was continously not delivered, vodacom was happy to blame RAM and request I contact RAM directly, it was only when I pointed out that I am a vodacom customer not a RAM customer that they attempted to resolve the issue. Everyday I was told delivery for the next day but this did not happen. This has gone on now for a week and a half. I was even told we'd escalate and contact you as soon as we have feedback. It has been a week since then and I've received no feedback. Today I got a message saying my package has been returned to vodacom. How does a person spend many days querying and arranging delivery only for the package to be returned to vodacom. This is horrible service, upgrades are meant to be exciting times, this instead has been a nightmare of an experience
