Hayes motors
At Hayes motors parts devision there works a guy Reinhard Potgieter very very very helpfull and polite. Responds very quickly and always being able to offer options when you are in a pickle regarding parts. Reinhards contributes to a 110% positive experiance every time i deal with Hayes motors. Litium ion battery
I baught a five star 15kwh battery payed up front and was deliverd as promised no problem . Battery functions perfectly no problems

POOR communication
Opened a fraud case with FNB regarding a payment for a African Bank client. I provided police case number with ALL the paper work. Everytime the FNB employee do not respond to any mails and cant be reach by telephone. It has been going on since 8 feb 2022 with NO succes.
