I am extremely DISGUSTED by the decision that has been made by the owners of this School which I have had the pleasure of NOT meeting these two people and would like to keep it that way!! thanx to you today is my daughters last day the fact that you want to fire Good Teachers and people because they do not want to put anything foreign into their bodies is a shame and disgusting on your part you clearly do not think of the impact this has on their lives ( as well as the kids) they have families to feed and this is their bread and butter! and you decided it is okay to just take this away from them UNCOOL! Also the fact that the kids have built relationships with them and grown attached to them... The Vaccine does not cure or prevent you from getting covid also it is not mandatory in this country for people to be vaccinated what if your job or career was just taken away from you just like that what would you do have you thought or considered that?! I do not recommend this school to anyone I guess it is not a free country after all???
This is just to say that I would choose clicks over Dis-chem any day !! The service is great especially in the Pharmacy area I love that you guys have seats for people to sit while they wait and a machine or digital system that help you to provide a great service we all get issued with numbers based on what you are there for and that service is easy and straight forward to use . I am very pregnant and was helped by a lady today not sure if she is a pharmacist or a pharmacist assistant but it was great she has a great smile on her face when attending to or helping customers she seems generally happy to be at work which is great because when you are not well it helps to see a face like that (heart) and then she provided me with the option to save money on one of the products I needed and I love saving money especially with a 3rd baby on the way her name is Donna Cotton and it was such a breath of fresh air to have to be helped by her great service Donne and clicks keep up the good work.
The below was an email I sent to Mugg and bean Kenilworth centre and I just never received a response from them until now !! First time at mugg and bean kenilworth and it's just horrible I hope you guys will take this info or feedback and make the changes I came for my birthday breakfast and there's nothing to keep the kids occupied no crayons or coloring and before you reply and say it's because of covid that's a ****p excuse because soon we won't even be wearing masks (if you have not watched the news or the president. Then the kids menu says fruit sticks and yoghurt . But what we got were fruit pieces with plain yoghurt kids don't eat plain yoghurt and the menu is misleading. We had to ask for our next cup of bottomless coffee instead of the waiter being proactive and refilling it instead he walks to the kitchen saying ' ooh I'm hungry' ! Then the food we ordered was extremely oily eggs benedict and a omelet for my husband that amount of oil in food really is not healthy. Why is there a sign that says laptop free zone ? That's chasing business away. Also what would be nice if there was a wireless charging option for our phones because you have blocked off the charging ports it seems ..to go through all of this for a free birthday slice of cake and coffee for food we could have made at home but chose to spend our money at your restaurant we could have gone elsewhere..the only thing I really enjoyed was the red cuppachino...also if you not going to serve what's on the menu then either change the menu or remove the item .. Hi I would like to know why there has been no response to my email the cake that was meant to be for your birthday promo was off as well i had to ask the manager to change it to a lemon slice instead!
I would like to say that the service at Dis-chem Kc in Cape town is by far the worst of all! Whenever you go to the pharmacy for self medication there's never anyone to assist I am heavily pregnant and whenever I go there there no service today I have just had it and decided to go to the clicks upstairs and I got service just like that without having to wait also there are seats where you can sit on especially for the elderly as well as pregnant people! I almost fainted today at the dis-chem! Then I needed a new loyalty card and the woman at the "customer care service desk' 'Her name is Roxanne Herman she has the most sour face I have ever seen and should not be sitting in customer care because she does not actually want to help people I asked her for a new card she demanded to see my ID book I then told her sorry but I lost my ID and with being heavily pregnant I cannot stand and wait for long periods of time at a home affairs She then said no sorry we cannot help I have to see the ID so she refused to help me I then had to search my phone for a copy of my ID which took me another 20 minutes before I found it then I showed it to her on my phone she had a really bad attitude she would not accept my id number if I read it out to her she wanted to read it from my phone kept asking me to zoom in with a frustrated tone!! then she says I really do not like doing this and in my mind I am like you do not like doing what? helping customers because literally that is what I was there for HELP and that is what she is there for to HELP customers!!! what a horrible experience Clicks is so much better as well as their prices!!
