Hello these people are *****ulent they installed prepaid boxes my mom and promised to send money for those units monthly which since December they have not honored their promise and when we call them they keep saying they will send it and now they installed 5 boxes suddenly now their system shows only two how? After months

Hi so I'm currently staying in a flat that is managed by this agency and last month I lost my job and communicated that I'm not able to pay rent but will be out by month end and I asked that because they owe me a deposit which is equal to rent can they please use my deposit as rental as I'm serving notice therefore there won't be a need to pay me my deposit and Michelle refused and right now they saying threatening to hand me over and I communicated that I'm still waiting for my payments

So on the 28th of September I bought electricity through their app around 8 pm and when I bought it money came out my account but I never received a voucher number. Which this happens almost every month twice and I need to go into the bank the next day to get assistance and get my voucher number. My kids we in the dark I had to drive try find an open place to buy electricity driving with kids st night. Next morning I'm working in a small town where there no brunch I call in try get my voucher so that my kids can have electricity after school I was given a ticket number by a rude agent via phone telling me he can't do anything to assistance but log a ticket and turn around time is 24 hours I asked them so my kids must be in the dark they couldn't care less. I had to drive to bloem leave work go to the mimosa brunch and the consultant told me I have a ticket number I must communicate with the WhatsApp number didn't even try assist me. I communicated with that number and the machine kept saying they busy they will get back to me till now
Hello so on Thursday capitec bank went offline till date I cant go online to pay any of my Bill's. I lost my card on Wednesday and Thursday went to a branch in mimosa mall Bloemfontein to ask for another card because i dont have money and i cant use the app to pay my bills. Usually if the app is offline and I have a card I wouldn't be bothered but now I cant even send myself any money to go to work because I dont have a card all I'm told is they dont know when they will be online. I'm supposed to be reporting for duty at 8 how do I go without any petrol because I dont have a card to atleast swipe for my petrol or even withdraw? My electricity is running out and I can't get money to buy electricity because they cant still issue me with a card? I'm a depression patient I cant go get my prescription because my medical payment was due yesterday
Good day This is the worst service or company for any paying member to want to do business with. On the 9 of March 2022 I submitted my refund form and I was told I will get my money in 7-10 working days. Four months down the line I am still waiting for my refund. On the 1st of June they emailed saying I will get paid in 7- 10 working days and this is after I after I have been posting about them on hello peter. Today again i wake and they have not processed my payment and they still waiting finance to release my payment
I am livid with medshield it is now a 3months I'm waiting on them to refund my money into my account. They said it would take 7 day but now it's 3months and when I call they say they under audit imagine waiting on your hard earn money for 3months
I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I have using this medical aid for 2 hours and on month end if your debit order didn't go a text will be send that your membership will be canceled if an immediate payment is not made and I would pay little did I know that my membership was cancelled already but they made three debts for 3 month of 1500. I called to ask for my refund they said I should fill a refund form which I did and it will take 7- 14 working days. It's two months today and still I have not received my fund and each time I call I get a lousy answer that they under audit
